Only 2kms from the heart of town this warm and sunny cottage will have you enjoying your holiday in a family friendly Lane. Both front and back decks enable you to make the most of the day's sun or shade, whichever is your preference. For the fisher person there is boat parking, filleting table, fish and bait fridge/freezer and garage to lock up the precious equipment. Dogs are welcome, (no cats sorry).
The spacious back deck is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and enjoy a weber BBQ.

This delightful bright and comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms each with queen bed and one also has a single bed. It offers an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and has a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has a full sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and has a separate laundry.
There are 2 bikes/helmets for your use.
The back yard is fully fenced, ideal for children and dogs - sorry no cats please.
There is a carport plus extra vehicle or boat parking is available in the driveway.
"Cottage on Lillis" has a cosy fireplace for those winter months.

A great place to stay

We loved our stay here whilst we were in Coromandel over New Years. A bonus we could bring our dogs too, a nice secure backyard for them to play in. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Thanks.

Close to town

Cute little place close to town kitted out with everything needed. Linen incl was bonus and everything very clean. A little bit scruffy on outside for the money but nice inside. Lawns could have been mown prior to arrival.

Fisherman Friendly Cottage

Nice space. Well equiped. The shower was terrible, toaster not much better and suspect there is a damp issue in the 2nd bedroom. However, overall it was a nice place to stay and really enjoyed the pack of cards that were there 🙂
