Nice and clean

Good location if you have a car. Quiet neighborhood, however the setup with the downstairs unit doesn't allow for a fully quiet stay. We heard conversations as if they were in the next room, and it has the potential of being louder than in a hotel. The host was friendly and very responsive. We had a small issue with the AC upon arrival and he got it fixed quite quickly, communicating with us along the way. Unit was clean, with newer furnishings throughout. Overall a good stay.
