Summary:
Welcome to Seven Mile View Condo #2, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2-story oceanfront condo in West Bay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.
The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

LIVING AREA & INTERIOR FEATURES
• Two story layout with the main living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs.
• Bright, updated furnishings and finishes throughout, renovated in January 2023 for a fresh, contemporary feel.
• Comfortable living area for relaxing after a day at the beach or on the water, with space for a foldaway bed if needed.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Two upstairs bedrooms: primary with a king size bed; second bedroom with a queen size bed, both with luxury linens.
• Two full bathrooms upstairs (one with shower, one with shower over tub combo) plus a convenient half bath on the main level.
• Please note there is no pull out sofa; a foldaway bed can be provided on request. For adults it can be set up in the living room, and for children it fits comfortably in the primary bedroom’s walk in closet, which can also function as a small nursery space.
KITCHEN & HOME COMFORTS
• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a drip filter coffee maker so you can self cater easily.
• Dining area adjacent to the kitchen for shared meals and planning the day’s activities.
• Air conditioning, Wi Fi, and comfortable seating throughout to keep everyone cool and connected.
ESSENTIALS STARTER PACK
Each stay includes a practical starter supply of:
• Kitchen essentials: dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters.
• Home essentials: shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board.
• Plenty of towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided so you can pack lighter.

• Each unit is equipped with two lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella to make beach days easy.
DINING & LOCATION – SEVEN MILE VIEW, WEST BAY
Seven Mile View sits in a quiet pocket of West Bay, close to the water and just a short hop from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, grocery stores, and neighborhoods like Governor’s Harbour and Crystal Harbour. It’s a great base if you want easy access to restaurants without being right in the busiest strip.
WALKING-DISTANCE OPTIONS
From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:
• Alfresco Restaurant – About 2–3 minutes on foot, directly across the road; casual beachfront spot for Caymanian and international dishes with sunset views.
• Heritage Kitchen – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ walk; simple, rustic, and very local, known for fresh fish right by the sea.
(If you want to keep this West Bay–only, you can stop here. If you’d like, I can also add “walkable with a longer stroll” options for spots like Macabuca and Cracked Conch.)
SHORT DRIVE – WEST BAY & SEVEN MILE BEACH
A quick 5–10 minute drive opens up a big range of dining choices along the Seven Mile Beach corridor and at Camana Bay:
• Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – About 5 minutes by car; oceanfront casual at Macabuca and upscale Caribbean fine dining at Cracked Conch, both fantastic at sunset.
• Calypso Grill – Waterside dining at Morgan’s Harbour with excellent seafood and a relaxed but polished atmosphere.

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation is a short walk away, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

If you are looking for something not in the heart of all the tourists this is the place! Great location to enjoy some R&R without the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to enjoy the great food and shopping offered in Grand Cayman. There was more than enough room for me and my family. Well stocked kitchen, as well as beach chairs, towels, and all the things needed to have a great time.

Beautiful property with great views. Location is great for someone that wats to be a little off the beaten track of 7mile beach. Great grocery shore a short distance from the property. Condo had everything you need so you only had to buy what food and drink you wanted.

My friend and I stayed here for a week. It was easy to find, clean, great location, and beautiful! Our contact person Melinda was very easy to get a hold of as well. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Water pressure in showers was wonderful, and beds were very comfy too. We would definitely come back to stay! Thanks Don!

This condo complex is wonderful. Even with other visitors in the adjoining condos, you feel like you have your own place on the ocean. The infinity pool and patio are a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. The Condo itself is very quiet and clean. The management company is ultra responsive and handle requests immediately. The facility was clean and secure. Would definilty stay here again.

Nice stay. Excellent views and a well appointed unit. Would definitely return. I think it is important to emphasize that a car is very necessary for this location. It is close to everything 7 mile but not really walkable to grocery etc. the property management people and process are excellent.

Beautiful resort very comfortable unit unit very close in space for outside due to the number of units although not a whole lot of units they are very close together in all share the same pool, etc. also, there is no real swimming where you are you have to Access Beaches by driving or walking.
Resort staff that cleaned and maintains different things outside were excellent there was people coming to look after the pool leaves anything you think to keep the units outside wonderful

We were visiting friends in West Bay and this unit was definitely ideal if you have a car and would prefer to stay a little bit away from the touristy areas but still have access. The property was
spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was clean including the pool and outside areas! We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and appreciated the access to a grill and close grocery. After a snorkeling trip, we even tried our luck right off the condo’s ocean access and saw some baracuda and tarpon. We would definitely stay here again.
Our only minor complaints would be A) that for a unit with a clearly gourmet kitchen, the available utensils/pots/pans did not align. B) Getting out of the parking lot onto Point road is a bit scary given the poor visibility with the wall right up to the roadside. C) Would have appreciated a cooler in the pool. With the high temps, the pool water was a bit warm in the evenings.
The property manager could contacts were also very nice; We would definitely stay here again for future dive trips!

Thanks also very much for your suggestions. The unit was fully stocked for all kitchen equipment, so we'll make sure the property manager addresses this.
A large fisheye mirror has been ordered and will be installed at the driveway entrance. This will allow those exiting with a clear view of traffic from any blind side.
