We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property. It was just the right size for our party of 4. The cottage could have held up to six guests comfortably. The furnishings were so cute and made it so cozy. We especially loved the dock to fish off of… and caught many fish! We would return without hesitation!

What a wonderful weekend! The views at this location are wonderful. The house was perfect for our little family, the other small house would be perfect for a multi family trip. The outdoor space makes this place feel huge. We had the perfect weather to get great use out of the fire place. Very clean, super comfortable beds we would definitely love to return next year!

Wonderful Lake Week

We had a wonderful stay in the Blue and White house. We rented the whole place. The views are amazing, the outdoor entertaining space had everything needed and the boat dock was wonderful. Andrew was super responsive via text and email, and immediately resolved a small issue. Great Host and Great Property. We would definitely come back.

Not what I had planned

Not a house trailer/modular extremely clean. Bed room walls had water damage covered by paint. Boat dock roof frame metal weld busted metal grinding metal swarmed by bugs. Gas grill empty could not change tanks on to tight. Other rental property in back yard shared adminities in small area. Extremely steep drive down to lower parking. Fire pit and smores that night was our best moments there.

Regarding the concerns you've raised, here is our response:-While our property is not a traditional house trailer/modular, we aim to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.-We have secured the boat dock roof frame and repaired the damaged area caused by the storm. Please note that Mayflies are seasonal at the lake, and their presence is beyond our control. -Our cleaning staff has confirmed that they were able to change the propane tank. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the tightness initially.-The neighboring rental property shares amenities but is never rented simultaneously unless requested for larger groups.We appreciate your positive feedback about enjoying the fire pit and making s'mores. It's our goal to provide a memorable experience in a picturesque location on Kentucky Lake. Thank you for your review."
