Overall, we had a great stay at Edelweiss Haus. The proximity to the resort was great, no need to drive if you don't mind a 5 minute walk. Most locations have a jacuzzi thats not working, but this jacuzzi was great! We didnt get a chance to try the sauna, but this was available too.
As mentioned, stay was great, customer service was even better. We had a few small hiccups along the trip and the team was quick to resolving the issue. Most all replies were within 30 minutes or less, most were under 10 minutes. Each request was satisfied almost immediately, which was far better service than I expected.
Would stay at a Moose Management spot again!

The property itself has a wonderful location right by the mountain. A very easy walk to the base. The unit itself needs work. The secondary bedroom has paint peeling and feels dated. The bathroom is the same. There was also a used washcloth left hanging on the shower either from another guest or the cleaning service. The utensils and pots/pans all had to be thoroughly washed before using and did not appear clean. Finally, on the second to last day of our stay, someone claiming to be sent by the building management attempted to come into the unit without knocking claiming he had been called for an issue. He entered the code and proceeded to try and enter the unit. Luckily, we had the chain on the door so he could not enter. Overall, it's a fantastic location, but feels a little shabby and dated. It's worth it if that's the goal.

Thank you for staying with us, Lauren! The home has not been remodeled, but is clean and comfortable and, as you mentioned, in a perfect location! Being able to walk across the street to Park City Mountain Resort is amazing! And, for the price, this space makes for a great home away from home. There are plans to remodel in the Spring while keeping the nightly rates competitive. We hope you enjoyed the year-round pool, hot tub and sauna and the convenience of downtown parking availability.
