Fantastic house and location

We stayed for a long weekend of golf with a group of friends. The house is awesome - pool, hot tub, movie theater, and great views. Every room is comfortable and makes you feel like you're on vacation. Looking forward to future stays!

The house was great but there were a few things. The outside tv and light didn't work. We had a hard time trying to figure out how the ice machine worked. It was turned off but somehow we got it to make some ice. The kitchen faucet would get stuck on the spray function. The garbage disposal sounded like something was stuck in it or it was broken. The racing game in the movie theater room would have been great to use if it was working. All in all we had a great time and the house met our needs.

Spectacular house

I highly recommend renting this house as it sleeps 10 people comfortably. Very close to Disney and located in a beautiful private location. The house has everything you need from a game room, to golden tee golf, pool, view of a golf course and my favorite part being the movie room. You cannot go wrong with renting this place.

Amazing Experience

One of the best group travel experiences I've ever had! The hosts were amazing and the house was incredible! Everything from the pool complex, rooftop deck, grille and putting green, movie theatre room and golden tee machine, pinball, air hockey and racing game….everything was perfect. Would highly recommend, and can't wait to visit again!

7813 Palmilla Court is Excellent for an extended orlarge family stay. Has 6 bedrooms with 2 complete king master suites and two bedrooms share one bathroom with the rest having their own attached bathroom. One room has two double beds. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Had a few issues but maintenance was very punctual trying to address them. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent Experience!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Movie room with stadium seating, Golden Tee, high ceilings, incredible location, fun outdoor putting green, golf course views, great golf @ the three Reunion courses (Nicklaus was my favorite and the food after was delicious [especially shrimp & grits]), and the outdoor gas grill was great!

Outstanding!

The place is amazing! It's beautiful inside and out. Bedrooms are comfy and the location is great if you are looking to head to Disney or Universal. Cool view of Disneyworld from the 2nd deck, too. We didn't have plans one night and had so much fun in the theater room for movie night. Would highly recommend to any group of all ages. Five stars!

Reunion Great!

Overall had a wonderful experience Would recommend to look into the alarm pool button from the outside - It didn't work trying to get back into the house - Some troubleshooting with the Theater TV (would not connect) And occasional ants in the hallway but enjoyed the home very much and We loved all the amenities of the property- Would recommend to other friends and family

Enjoyed our stay

The interior was clean and tidy. Hot water in bathrooms took a longtime to get warm. Both bath tubs spewed black mold when switched on, perhaps because it was not used too much. The deck furniture on the roof deck has seen better days and a few piece need replacing. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The movie/game room was well used by us all. Beds were comfy and clean. We were very last minute booking this property and were happy to stay there.

This house is perfect for a group of friends on a golf trip or a family vacation. The house ia gorgeous and offers legitimately every amenity that you would receive while staying at a high end hotel resort. The views from the top deck are amazing and the hot tub, pool, movie room, putting green and open air kitchen offer something for everyone. The location is perfect and the neighborhood offers a convenient shuttle service. Our group had a blast and I could see families traveling with grandparents and young kids being blown away by the time spent at this house. We were able to Uber to restaurants and drive to local grocery stores with ease. The security around the property added an extra feeling of comfort and our entire group was blown away by our stay. We certainly recommend the house to any and all!

Gorgeous Home With Custom Features for Everyone to Enjoy

Our large family group enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at Palmilla Legacy. This home was a perfect blend of expansive beauty, ample comfort, and delightful entertainment. We loved relaxing in the many indoor and outdoor spaces which were outfitted to fit large groups comfortably and in grand style. The fully equipped kitchen and dining areas were perfect for creating and sharing group meals. The home has 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms - including two masters and two custom theme rooms. The outdoor spaces included a premiere outdoor putting green, large outdoor kitchen/barbeque grill, heated pool and hot tub, and multiple lounging areas including a large upstairs deck and cabana - all overlooking the golf course. The home's technology was excellent throughout - and included a wide array of digital video games and room to room smart tv access! Our group loved watching sports and movies in the theater room which has seating for 12, a built-in bar, large tv, and multiple digital video games. There was even a Golden Tee game which delighted all and a Gameboy room for additional entertainment. Palmilla Legacy was perfectly situated with access to three signature golf courses on site and many Reunion resort amenities. It is located within a short driving distance to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, and many other attractions. Whether taking in the plentiful local attractions or relaxing at home, we loved our stay at Palmilla Legacy and would recommend it whole-heartedly! Overall Positive Feedback/Constructive Feedback

Overall our party had a terrific 4 days. The home was accommodating, the pictures were accurate, and it was very clean. The instructions we received in advance had us well prepared and everything went very smoothly. There are only 2 areas that were a little disappointing. The first was the exterior door/pool alarm that did not work. There was a button inside that we could push to prevent the alarm from going off, but the button on the outside did not work. So any time we were entering the house from the pool, the alarm would go off until we could reach the button on the inside. It was extremely loud and inconvenient. I think it would be good for an alarm like that to be optional, and turned on or off depending on the party that was going to be staying at the house. The other area that was a little disappointing was the condition of the golf courses. At the rate we were paying, we would have expected better overall conditions. The greens rolled great and there were no complaints. However, the rest of the course (we played Nicklaus and Watson) was average. The bunkers were incredibly inconsistent, and many times a shot in the fairway found the golf ball covered in mud. The warm up/practice areas also had us hitting off mats, of which were in terrible condition at both courses. The staff was very friendly and of the food we did eat at the course, it was all very good. As I mentioned, overall we had a great time, but I wanted to mention the pool alarm and condition of the golf courses. Thanks for taking the time to consider my feedback.
