The property is approximately a 13-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport or a 1-hour 40-minute drive from Brisbane CBD.

- There is a beach wagon with boogie boards etc to use at beach
- There are no stairs into the property or inside the property.
- There is a granny flat nearby that is not included in the listing.

- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
