THE SPACE
On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious second living area, a dining area and a laundry.

The light-filled kitchen, living area, and second dining room are upstairs. This tranquil open-plan space is the home hub and is well-equipped with all your needs.

SeaVision Escape has a separate downstairs tea and coffee station in the laundry cupboard, with a kettle and toaster, along with a second fridge and microwave, which is ideal for a second family staying downstairs.

Relax and unwind in the living room with the open fireplace and enjoy the beautiful sunset and water views from the balcony.

Also, upstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one being an ensuite).

The property has two brilliant undercover entertainment areas featuring BBQs and outdoor dining and lounge settings. One is located upstairs with amazing views, and the other is downstairs with access to a backyard with a fire pit and herb garden.

Have some fun in the games room in the garage, where you will find a table tennis table, pool table and soccer table, and a collection of games and kids' toys.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 4 - 2x Tri-bunks (double size bottom / Single size top) (ground level)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
