Our stay at this property under Del Mar management was wonderful. Myself, sister, and elderly parents were on the Cape for a family wedding and this home provided the perfect space for our stay. The location was perfect, roughly 3 minute drive to the wedding venue and a few miles away from the welcome party venue. The house was right on Main Street close to a gas station and within walking distance of some great cafes/restaurants. The house itself had plenty of space so the four of us could have our own bedrooms and weren’t on top of each other. We spent 3 days and 4 nights there, and the place was warm, cozy, clean, and convenient. It had all the amenities we needed. All we did was go out to buy some breakfast groceries at the start of our stay. The Del Mar team was fabulous!! All members of their team were very responsive, answering all my questions and responding to any concerns throughout our trip. They were kind and thoughtful and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this house for a cozy stay and the Del Mar team for great management.
Fantastic property in a great location next to everything in Harwichport. Shops, multiple restaurants and the liquor store sre all within walking distance. Rooms were clean with multiple bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The enclosed area with table and seating allows for outdoor privacy. Will definitely look to book this property again next year.
Perfect location for people wanting to do different things. The pre-college girls could walk to whatever they please and were not dependent on having fun with a mom and an aunt. Embers had a lovely vibe. The beach was a comfortable walking distance. The shops were cute and Brax Landing had great outdoor harbor view seating. The food was great.
Great location , parking is tight a bit, but doable, restaurants, bars, gas stations, and a basics convince store is there too for milk etc. ATM’s close too. Beach is not a far walk, ( but apply early for passes, as there not public. Close to Wychmere Beach Club if you are going to a event there. My niece just got married there .and the event was fantastic. I would rent here again.

For the cost we paid for this rental, I wasn't expecting it to be as run down as it was. The beds were not comfortable, very hard mattresses, the ensuite bathroom had mold all over the vanity baseboard and the spindles on the stairwell were loose or came right off upon touch (which our 3 year highlighted for us upon arrival) Don't get me wrong, the location is wonderful (easy walk downtown, short 10 min walk to Banks Beach and the Wychmere Beach Club). We stayed Labor Day weekend and wanted to avoid 3-night hotel minimums so this was our best option.
