Small house with other houses on cove with shared waterfront

Cozy little house with a comfy master bed and a deck for viewing the cove at a distance. Close to ocean bay beaches, kayak put in and ponds and bike path. The deck and deck furniture could use refurbishing or replacement. The windows sashes needed some repair and most could not open. The roof gutters are needed off the porch entry as the rain formed a drip and puddle at the entry. We really missed not having a table to eat at inside and made a makeshift one That we used outside as well. There is no outside water source to either rinse off ones feet before entering the enclosed porch

Cozy cottage on TOWN COVE

We enjoyed our stay. Bed/queen was comfortable. Very clean The enclosed porch area could not be used as air con from twin rooms exhausted into that area. Loved having coffee on the dock! Thrilled to have our dog with us!
