Enjoy a Cape Cod vacation in this brand new home with central air! This adorable duplex home sits in a quiet neighborhood that offers access to Great Pond and the CCRT (bike path). The duplex will feel like it's a single family home with its two layers of sound proof insulation between units, private entrance, private deck and outdoor area. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped with all modern amenities including brand new kitchen with large island, high-end furnishings, Bluetooth speaker, and a full size washer/dryer. The expansive deck off the dining area features a large outdoor sectional with dining height table and a built in mahogany daybed + outdoor shower. The deck also offers peaks of Deborah's and Great Pond. *Note - Private deck is on opposite side from other unit, meaning you have ultimate privacy :)

Easy access to CCRT (bike path) will bring you to the famous Arnold's restaurant in under 5 minutes. Enjoy longer bike rides? The bike path stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet (22miles). Deborah's pond is located directly in the back yard, and Great Pond just behind it (2 houses down). Great Pond is one of the few "Kettle Ponds" that Cape Cod has to offer - It's crystal clear, has an extensive sandy beach, and is life-guarded during summer months - An excellent alternative to the many fabulous salt water beaches on Cape Cod.
Bay-side beaches, such as Kingsbury and First Encounter are about 1.5 miles away on quiet back roads, easily accessed by walking/biking. Coast Guard beach (Ocean-side) can be accessed by Salt Pond Visitor Center bike path... less than a mile from house.

This home is not your typical Cape Cod rental property. The home was designed with our own vacation home desires in mind, and we strive for perfect five star stays for every guest.

Peaceful and relaxing

This is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the Cape without driving through a lot of traffic. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, almost like being in your own kitchen. The weather was awesome, and we spent nearly every day at Coast Guard Beach. We highly recommend this place.

My husband and I rented this place in Eastham for our anniversary. It was a great location close to the bike path and close to everything. Place was very clean. I had never rented in a duplex before, and wasn’t sure how I would feel about it, but it was a non-issue. Would stay here again.

Cape Cod Perfection!

This place was amazing - the best place we've stayed at the Cape in years. The unit was beautifully renovated, spotless, and a 2 minute (or less) walk to the BEST pond in Cape Cod (Great Pond). The unit has a gorgeous outdoor deck with a shower. The kitchen is gorgeous. The owners were so wonderful about communication. The landscaping and location were ideal.

Spring Cape Escape

Plenty of room for two or three people to stretch out. Mattress in king bedroom was on the softer side, which was perfect for us! Water pressure was phenomenal!! Clean and modern. Soaps and toiletries provided. Note: porch is on the side of the house, not the back and we could not find access to the pond. Great 5 star accommodations.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for our week with trips to Wellfleet, Orleans, and Eastham of course! The house was equipped beautifully and located centrally with access to ponds, ocean, and bay side waterfronts. We loved the outdoor shower and deck as well as the intimate kitchen setting for just the two of us! Despite a not great weather week, the charming setting allowed for that vacation feeling. Awesome modern home close to biking and pond

The house was just perfect for our family. It was clean, modern, well appointed, and had an awesome deck with day bed and outdoor shower. It was a short walk to a pond, and a block away from the rail trail. Other pluses: The beds were comfortable, there were beach chairs and towels available for use, and the kitchen was super functional. The only negative was that there was one bathroom which was less convenient for our family of four, however the outdoor shower helped. I highly recommend this property!

Modern, beautifully appointed and well-located home

Home is as pictured, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Located on a short private road with a few houses on it, off a fairly quiet two-lane road. Excellent a/c, much appreciated during this hot and humid week. Kitchen equipped with high quality cookware and knives. 6 minute walk to good swimming pond and rail trail for lovely walks and bike rides. Restaurants, groceries and bay and ocean beaches (permit required but free after 5:00 pm) within 10 minutes (more or less) drive. Ben responded very quickly when we had a question.

Sweet stay by the pond

When I tell you just how clean and cozy this spot is, it is no exaggeration! One rainly day we spent nestled on the coach watching movies and dare I say, it was one of my favorite memories! We were inder the impression that there was a t.v. in both bedrooms nut there was only one, which was a promise I made to my teen, "you get your own!" The walk to the water was easy enough for a wago full of beach stuff and a SUP! Overall, this property was exactly as listed— incredible! It was clean, spacious, well decorated and in a great location. We had no issues or let downs with this rental and would definitely stay there again if we were to return to the area. Our only qualm was that communication with the owners wasn’t always prompt; we had reached out a couple times in advance to inquire about certain things and never received a response until much closer to the reservation date. That said, they were very apologetic about that and thus it’s not the biggest deal. It’s just the one thing that wasn’t perfect. Again, we would happily stay there again and would most definitely recommend it to others! :)
