We loved this retreat on the canal. Very clean. Host was wonderful. Place is huge. Loved the hot tub...and would have enjoyed the pool, but it was a bit chilly. Also enjoyed the gazebo area. And the view was awesome. Just wish we had a boat. Would DEFINATELY come back!

Can’t wait to go back

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, better than any other condo we have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood yet very close to the beach. We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio, enjoying the view of the canal, very peaceful and serene. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome Stay

The condo had everything we needed. It was cozy and felt like home. The location was amazing. Our host Spencer took the time to answer our questions and made check in easy. We will definitely check for availability at this condo when we are back on the island.

Great location to restaurants and beach. The condo was very relaxing and clean. We enjoyed fishing and watching the water right out the back door. This is one of the nicer units we've stayed in here on the island. Would definitely try to book here again if available.

Enjoyed the location and spot on canal. Easy to enjoy the beach on the island as well as hop over bridges to attractions in mainland Corpus. Comfortable queen bed. Well stocked unit .

Weekend Getaway

I booked this quick trip looking for some Vitamin Sea! Spencer's place was the right spot for a quick weekend trip. He was very responsive to all our needs and even provided us with a list of places to fish along with some delicious eateries. I will definitely recommend this place and will most likely book again.

Great condo!

The condo is just as described - clean and attractive. Check-in was easy and quick. The pool was great for my grandsons to enjoy - easy access and spacious deck. Spencer was quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Entertaining place!

The place is down right cozy. You can catch pinkish all day with a small hook and shrimp out of the canal, blue crab, lady fish! It’s walking distance to food and gift shops. Literally the beach is across spid. Good fishing good beach less than 5 minutes away. Host is very responsive. Just the whole vibe is terrific! Will be back eventually!

Great, clean stay with a great view and perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was clean and Spencer was a great host! We loved the convenience of the location - not far from the seashore and the national park. The property had more amenities than were listed (towels, shampoo/conditioner) but there were a few amenities that would be great adds (beach chairs/ beach towels) and the property is older which shows in spots (outside the condo) which is the only reason it got 4 stars versus n5 The pool and hot tub area were also very nice and enjoyable. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for quiet and peaceful! We will be back!

I loved the condo, it was small but it delivered BIG! The condo was beautifully decorated. It has water views. The canal is its backyard which was everything to me. I fished day and night right off the dock. The swimming pool and hot tub were beautiful . It was just as it was advertised.

Nice clean relaxing condo

The place was great we enjoyed the canal and the pool and hot tub. The place was clean and Spencer was prompt with his response. The only down side is there were only 1 tolite roll available for the two nights and that was not enough for 3 people. we ended up buying our own witch was fine. The place was stocked up with soap and shampoos and detergent. Would definitely book again

All good but the customer service

The only problem I had was when I called Evolve the day of my reservation. I had a difficult time understanding the person on the phone. He told me I didn’t have a reservation which created a lot of anxiety on the day I was scheduled to arrive. I sent an email to Evolve explaining what had happened. I got a quick response assuring me that I was all set which certainly eased my mind. The property itself was just as described. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Comfortable stay, but…

Overall, this property is clean, in a good area, and nice for a couples getaway. The one frustration with the property is that we were not allowed control of the AC thermostat. We would turn on the AC and within minutes the thermostat was changed remotely to an uncomfortable 75-77 degrees. This happened multiple times and every time the thermostat was changed back to a 75-77 degree temperature. Given that this is a coastal property in Texas, our stay was warm and somewhat humid.
