On entering the property via the undercover porch and parking area, the lower level has a spacious rumpus/bedroom, bathroom & laundry. The rumpus is equiped with tv, pool table, bar fridge & board games, with an adjacent bedroom area accommodating 2 single beds, a fold out futon couch and an additional mattress on the floor for that extra guest. The bathroom has a shower with a half bath base - handy for bathing younger children. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, ironing board & iron & a second fridge - conveniently located for accessing those extra drinks when enjoying the back garden!

Ascending the stairs to the upper level you arrive in the generous open plan kitchen/dining/living area greeted with a wall of glazing and sliding doors out to the deck & views. A welcoming light and bright space with lovely cross ventilation to capture the sea breezes on a summer day. Reverse cycle airconditioning to both levels also keeps the house cool or warm as required. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine & stylish crockery & glassware. The kitchen window opens onto the back deck with the gas BBQ - handy for liaising with the barbie cook!

A short hallway leads to 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds, 2 with built-in robes. Bedrooms 1 & 2 capture glimpses of the sea and the sound of the waves rolling in......heaven! An adjacent bathroom with leafy views services these bedrooms.

The generous back garden has a wonderful large pine tree providing lovely shaded seating areas on the lawn below. The lawn area is a great cricket pitch & space for kids to play. For those clear, still Inverloch nights, the firepit with benches is a perfect spot to relax in both Winter or Summer. Hammock provided for those lazy afternoons.

We are happy to provide some lovely linen & towels at an additional cost, depending on the number of guests and length of stay. Let us know if these are required and we can advise the cost.

Minimum booking 7 days over Dec-Jan period. We also welcome longer stays at a discounted rate.

Pet friendly by arrangement. (Outside only - kennel provided. Rear garden is fully fenced)
