Just 500 metres from Andersons Inlet and Inverloch's foreshore beach, this family friendly property is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Oscar'S - Inlet Side Short Walk TO Beach OR Town

If its time for you to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy some time relaxing at the beach with your favourite people, then this is the property for you. Spend some time reading one of the books in the bookshelf or sitting at the large dining table playing one of the many board games supplied. For those that love the outdoors, why not set up a game of backyard cricket in the huge fully fenced backyard?

When you enter the foyer of the home, you have two options a bedroom containing a double bunk, or up the stairs to the main kitchen and living area. Once you make your way upstairs, you will be greeted by the sight of the open plan and well-equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces. Open your choice of the sets of sliding doors that lead out to a deck. There is a deck on either side of the property for you to enjoy.

Down the hallway you will find another 3 bedrooms (2 Queens and 1 Double) all with ceiling fans, as well as the master bathroom with a separate shower and bath. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

But wait there is more!

Downstairs, and separate from the main home is The Flat where you will find another bedroom containing a Queen bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a combined laundry/2nd bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is a ceiling fan and a portable heater to keep you comfortable.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

The house was spotless and very well equipped. A walkable distance to the shops and beach. The flat was a nice getaway for us oldies! We appreciated the large selection of games. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Home for the Moto GP weekend 2022
A very nice property. Older home but fitted out very well. For 9 adults it was excellent. We chop this property because it could accommodate 10 Adults. The only downside it was advertised as 5 bedroom and 2bathrooms and the 2nd bathroom was in the laundry which is attached to one or the bedrooms outside the main home. So we had 7 adults in the main house using 1 bathroom. Not a big deal we would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Amazing location for a family getaway
We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, we could easily walk with kids to the beach and shops. The house was great for our large group, plenty of room for everyone and a lovely yard to play outside. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of games and books provided too. We will be coming back!
