Perfect Ski in/out spot on Park City Mountain

Super easy to get to from Salt Lake, with parking under the hotel and a short walk to everything in town, from great brunch and dinners to the Town Lift. Couldn't be happier with the room, the nice staff, and the fantastic set of hot tubs after a day on the slopes.

Our room was nice, the air in the room was terrible, it was either really hot or really cold. We had to open windows for it to cool off. We did not have maid service so we had to pay for it. At times our bathroom smelled like a sewer. Front desk was very nice.

Regarding the maid service, it is correct, we do not charge a cleaning fee and if service is request, it is on a unit by unit basis arranged with the resort. I am sorry to hear of your concerns about the unit. We had checked in with you during your stay and I wish these concerns were brought to our attention. The front desk staff and resort team could have assisted and provided you with resolution, including a unit move.
