Check-in was quick. My search and Payment was for Pacific Palms, not Forster. The Owner/ & Stayz withheld the address !! wHY? tHIS SHOULD BE PROMINENT near the search result- showing Pacific Palms first , irrespective of Filters. No flyscreen on bathroom window which could not be opened. ( Also it was rotting / timber broken - which could be reasonable grounds for discount)

Spacious room & clean Not very sound proof, close to pub which has entertainment till 11:30pm, then noisey people walking past. We were in a bottom floor motel room, people above were awake talking & walking around on creaky floor boards a lot during the night. Both nights the security guard was there, for incidents (I’m not sure why) talking extremely loud & there were a lot of doors being slammed, from 1am till around 2am. Reception lady wasn’t very helpful when we arrived. We have never stayed in Forster before, she did say the safe was at the front with keys inside but didn’t offer help as to how to work it then I struggled to close it. Not very clear. She didn’t say where our room was, or how to get to it & she mentioned a car park at the rear but didn’t mention it’s a one way lane or how to get to it. Felt as though I was a hindrance, before I had even stayed there.
