THE SPACE: The apartment has 9ft ceilings, big window, and it is full of natural light. There is a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room for two additional guests. It has a full kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge, stove, dishwasher, complete kitchen utensils, knives, glassware, plates and bowls, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. It is also equipped with a full-size bathroom with a rain shower. There is a Smart TV to kick back and tune in! Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city!
CLEANING: We have fully embraced Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure that our guests are comfortable and safe. All high-touch surfaces are sanitized including tables, counter tops, doorknobs, and remotes. All sheets, towels and linens are completely washed and restocked. We provide cleaning supplies to our guests, so you can clean as desired during your stay.
THE BUILDING: This apartment is located in a beautiful Lex building facing Granville St. The apartment is on a 5th floor with elevator access. There is also on-site fitness facility available. There is NO parking at the building.
CHECK-IN/OUT: We have a SELF check-in/out process in place. We are available for assistance if needed. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and Check-out is before 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early/late times whenever possible, just send us a message!
WORK-FRIENDLY: Enjoy the fast WIFI to get your work done in a small and comfortable working space. It is perfect for working from home.

We found this a good location to take the kids around vancouver. Public transport to and ftom.location are ample. Aquabus to gramville island and science center, bus to aquarium etc and skytrain to airport.
Lots of good food around too.
The place is in a great location, was extremely clean and felt comfortable. Communications with the owner were easy and friendly. My sister reported the pull out couch is not very comfortable - but that may have been a Princess and the Pea situation. The zebra art kept us chill! Thanks for hosting us, Alex.

Apartment OK, neighborhood not so much.
Saturday night on this section of Granville was iffy. Heavy smell of marijuana and a lot of street dwellers.
Gaining access to the property proved difficult as the contact could not be reached for nearly an hour. Couch was unbearable to sit on but apart from those problems everything else was good
