They say life is better at Hyams but you should see for yourself in this BRAND NEW luxury home overlooking the pristine waters of Jervis Bay. Large 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with every luxury amenity you could think of. Literally within a few metres of what are some of the best beaches in Australia. Pure luxury inside and out with multiple living spaces. Walk to multiple magnificent beaches or sit around the fire pit having your favourite tipple. There is so much to do in the area, which makes Jervis Bay the perfect destination. Special applies until end November 2025 except Public holiday weekends.

Living better is not possible…

The house is just perfect! We felt very comfortable. The whole family had a great few days of vacation in this house and we have rarely seen so much luxury, design and comfort in a vacation home!!!!

Hyams Beach gem

This is a truly wonderful property. The thoughtfulness that has gone into every aspect is remarkable. The amenities are excellent, location is brilliant and the kitchen is so well equipped it has to be seen to be believed. You just don't get this level of gitoit except in very rare places. Perfect Stay

We had a fantastic winter stay - very peaceful. I have to agree with all the other reviews. Beautifully designed and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the TV/Audio system. I was able to connect over the WiFi to stream Foxtel/Netflix etc. and play all our favourite music wirelessly. All the components are high end. Our host Jan was wonderful and we'll definitely be back.

WOW LUXURY PLUS VIEWS

Thank you Jan. Great stay in what has to be the best holiday home I have stayed in. Brand new and luxury with every little thing thought of. Already planning my next stay with friends. The listing does not do this house justice. Can not recommend enough.

NOT Pet Friendly as advertised

Good location and proximity to beach however this contemporary home is NOT pet friendly. Tiny backyard with no grass, steep internal staircase to access main living area and kitchen upstairs which is not stipulated in the online listing. After booking accepted and payment processed for 3 nights, the owner then contacts to check breed, size of my dog. Despite allowing the dog and having already accepted payment, owner asks us to consider not bringing our dog. This was a holiday planned with bringing a fur child. Additional pet cleaning fee bond was then further charged. No damage to property or furniture occured however the owner refused to refund the full bond I paid of 1000. We also left early due to a family emergency requiring hospital admission therefore only stayed 2 nights. I did not request a refund.After leaving, owner accused me of letting my dog on her lounge as a small amt of fur was apparently seen by cleaner. This actually never occured. When I asked for a photo of said fur, the photo was of a lounge upstairs which my dog did not access. The fur in the photo was not consistent with my dog's coat and in between the crease of the lounge, likely left over from a previous pet. One would have thought the paid pet cleaning fee should have covered the cleaning of the said lounge fur or from the left over funds of not staying the 3rd night.Very misleading listing this accomodation as "Pet friendly".

I have been renting this house as pet friendly with no issues at all and all 5 star reviews but you clearly did not read the listing. It clearly states that it is on application only. When I bought this up with you I said I need to keep the house okay for others that have allergies so do not allow shedding dogs. You had a beagle and they are large shedders . You promised me that the dog would not be an issue but that was not the case. I have a house manager who goes in both before and after each guest to ensure that all is good so I know the state the house was in before your stay. When you left there was dog hair on the lounges both inside and out and the lounges had to steam cleaned and one of the pet rules is no pets on furniture but maybe you did not read the pet rules. The normal pet fee is all the extra vacuuming etc and the amount for steam cleaning all lounges (4) was very small. It is also clear that you did not read the listing as I have lots of photos which show the back courtyard and also the NORMAL stairs. The house is clearly 2 storey so I am not sure how you expected to get upstairs. They are not steep at all but meet all building codes. The listing is not misleading but very clear and can I suggest next time you go through these platforms you read all the detail that is provided. In the 2 years I have been renting I have never had this issues.

Have just finished building these 2 luxury homes at Hyams Beach and have tried to think of every possible thing any body would want for that perfect holiday so let me know if I have forgotten something...... : )

Why they chose this property

First of all Hyams Beach is simply the most idyllic location ( voted # 3 world wide for the clearest water ) with so many activities on offer within the region. Think whitest sand , magnificent views , watching the dolphins , whale watching when they are migrating , surfing and an abundance of wildlife. On any normal dusk you will find kangaroos in the small village. Then top this all off by staying in one of two BRAND new luxury homes. Every little detail including super comfy hotel quality King beds , 100% cotton crisp bedding ( none of that scratchy laundry service sheets ) , Large smart TV's ( yes multiple ), Fabulous views over Jervis Bay and just minutes to 3 of the most magnificent beaches on the South Coast. 48 at Hyams - when only the best will do.

With fabulous views and luxury inclusions these brand new homes are truely unqiue. 48 at Hyams is for the discerning guest that is looking for comfort and luxury.
