EXTERIOR

Step outside onto the north facing back patio where you are ten yards from the community pool and spa. Relax on the patio, catch some sun in a chaise lounge, and watch the golfers tee off on hole #17 of the Championship Course. The front private patio features a brand new BBQ and a four person high table for outdoor dining. Perfect for entertaining. Two car garage parking is available and accessible through the front patio.

The main en-suite features gorgeous wooden beam ceilings, a king-size bed, 55in. Smart TV, ceiling fan, a closet and views of the pool. The en-suite bath offers dual vanity sinks with granite countertops and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a 32in. Smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet and shares a guest bath. Guest bath offers a walk in shower and a single vanity.

Loved this condo! Gorgeous remodel, equipped with everything! Steps from the pool and jacuzzi. Palm Valley Resort is wonderful, friendly, quiet and perfect for our bike rides inside the complex. Love the location, so close to shopping and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

Great Home and Neighborhood

This is an amazing property. Large space inside, great furniture. The Host was very responsive- within an hour. There was an opportunity to purchase a food packet and have ready in the home upon arrival. I would recommend to this property to everyone. Safe and secure. Gated.

Fun in the desert!

Great place for one couple with a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom for another visiting couple. Loved the high ceilings, decor was upscale and very comfortable. Outdoor patio had a fire pit that was great! Just steps from community hot tub and swimming pool. Located in a lovely golf resort but unfortunately the golf course was not available to play due to lack of golf membership. However many golf courses nearby. Condo close to many activities in the surrounding area.

Overall the property was fantastic. Beds were very comfy. So nice to have the pool and the hot tub out the back deck. The decor was simple and earthy modern. Very pleased. The only issue was the master shower took a very long time to get warm so you need to leave some extra time to get ready. 5 stars otherwise.

Awesome accommodations!

Beautifully decorated and maintained, this property was just what we imagined only better! The layout is just perfect, with a nice patio out front between the garage and the unit, and a beautiful patio in the back with a propane fireplace. Everything in between the patios is just as shown in the pictures! We were here for 10 days and spent most of our stay here in the unit. The pool is just a short walk and very well maintained. The pool is heated to just the right temp, as is the spa. If you get a chance to stay here you will fall in love with it! Did I mention how beautiful the golf community it’s in? Hope to be back soon! Elevate and Unwind

We were really impressed with the well appointed updated remodel of this 2 bedroom en-suite condo next to the pool. Upscale quality decor. Rarely seen in a rental unit. Main bedroom has the most comfortable king bed I’m thinking of buying one. I would mention the master shower could use more water pressure and perhaps a better description for how to get warm water. It was either scorching or cold. Quality Comfort and Style!

Fantastic 2 bedroom unit at P.V.C.C

This recently updated 2bed 2bath unit at Palm Valley Country Club was a perfect stay. Newly remodeled to very open floor plan will comfortably host 4 people. California king beds in both bedrooms, open concept kitchen and dining/living area. Right next to a pool where you can see it from the back patio. Fire pit and two chaises are perfect for relaxing. Brand new gas grill for cooking. The piece de resistance is the enormous flat screen T.V. In the living room with a comfy sectional couch to watch MLB or the lates and greatest streamers on the smart TV. Keurig coffee maker, wine fridge, open concept showers and nest climate control thermostat.

This place is fantastic.

Roomy, newly renovated and well stocked with everything. Kitchen had everything you could ever think of needing including spices, foil, plastic wrap. Steps from the pool. The only thing needed is more towel bars and hooks in the bathroom to hang bathing suits and towels. Other than that it was perfect.

The property was just like the photos. Wonderful layout, great location, tastefully decorated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were so pleased we talked about buying a similar place in Palm Springs. Being on the golf course was a bonus. Gorgeous views and great for walking. Definitely worth the price which was terrific. We will be back.

Beautiful desert retreat

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo with all its tasteful modern upgrades and amenities. The only negative would be the location just outside the pool limiting any patio privacy. Also being on the end of street, you can hear the freeway noise. Other than that, it’s a wonderful unit.
