Amazing Hospitality

We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable host and the property was great! Our son really enjoyed all the games and activities that were available at the house and the hot tub was an added bonus for sure. I would highly recommend this studio property and hopefully come back for a visit in the near future.

Perfect, Peaceful getaway!

This studio villa is such a lovely, peaceful space in a beautiful neighborhood, and the exclusive hot tub is the icing on the cake! Having an enclosed oasis backyard for our 2 pups to run around and have a couple of friends over to visit, made it all feel like home away from home. Cyndi, the owner on site, is wonderfully accommodating, always available but leaving us to enjoy the space to ourselves as if nobody else was there. She’s thought of every little detail for this rental stay, down to s’mores kits for the backyard fireplace! We will definitely be back as we visit the area often.

Home away from home

I enjoyed my stay and was warm and cozy on a rainy weekend. Wonderful host and beautiful property just as listed. I love the location. I come to Chula Vista every so often to attend fitness coaching courses, and this was the perfect home away from home conveniently located to all the best spots in Chula Vista. The hot tub was godsend after a very active weekend. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Beautiful Villa

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. It was an absolute dream at this villa. We enjoyed the spa! This villa was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Sea Jay was such a joy as well as Cyndi. Cyndi really thought of everything for this villa. Will be staying here again. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego and surrounding area. Wonderful and cozy

My husband, daughter and I had to find a place to stay since our home was being tented. We were fortunate to find this beautiful place near our house. We also were very lucky to find a pet friendly place since our fur babies were also with us. I recommend this place 100 %. Even for a staycation. The host was wonderful the whole time and she takes her time to make you feel welcome. Loved it and we will definitely go back. This time just my husband and I .

This place was so full of amenities and special touches that made it a wonderful last leg for our honeymoon. I have never been to a place that provided so many special goodies, and wonderful, thoughtful extras! The outdoor garden area is like a personal haven of rest and relaxation. The host is lovely and accommodating. If you want somewhere that goes above and beyond for a reasonable price... this is the place!

From beginning to end, we truly enjoyed our stay here! About 30 min from heart of San Diego and it was a great drive there and back! There is a toll, so check your gps to find alternative routes if needed. Cyndi, was VERY accommodating from cleanliness of the space, and the amenities! We enjoyed coffee outside each morning with great shade, the fireplace was so fun for morning coffee as well on chilly mornings and we definitely loved the jacuzzi. The room had everything we needed plus extras, was very grateful for the thoughtful items she left for us. I was able to take work calls and there was no problem with that, with the space. The space was quiet, clean, and great for our weekend stay! We enjoyed the easy private access. We did run into Cyndi a couple of times and her cute little but appreciated the privacy we had!

Family Friendly

We decided to try something different and ended up renting the Vintage Villa! It was perfect for our family of four! Our host, Cyndi, had everything we needed and then some, including a crib for our son (which I really appreciated)! She was on the property but we felt comfortable and had plenty of privacy! She even stopped by a local bakery and had delicious treats waiting upon our arrival, along with a bottle of sparkling cider! The hot tub was also fun addition and great to relax in after a long day of walking. The neighborhood itself was absolutely beautiful and were a lot of great restaurants near by! Overall I’m extremely satisfied with our stay and I would highly recommend the Vintage Villa for your next getaway!

Absolute gem

Get away from the standard hotel and enjoy the comfort of this air B&B. Safe, quiet, private, comfortable. It is an absolute gem of a stay. The host absolutely knows how to make your stay more personalised and ticks all the boxes of making you feel welcomed. It’s not worth staying at a lousy hotel for the same price when this location is available. Have some mobility issues? Stay here. The host has taken all the steps to allow anyone to enjoy their stay. Sit outside in the beautiful garden, BBQ with all the provided necessities (including makings for s’mores!), sit in the spa!! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. You will not regret staying here. In fact you will want to come back!! We know we will be.

It's Like living in your own private condo!

You'll never find a place this welcoming ANYwhere! Our hostess, Cyndi, had everything ready for our stay, including some equipment for my handicapped wife, to make it easy for her to get around.We arrived to a spotless "home" for our 5 day stay. There was bottled water waiting for us, as well as fresh, delicious baked goods from a local bakery...A snack tray filled with goodies, too!If that's not enough, plenty of other amenities including an outdoor jacuzzi(with a lift with handicapped access!!), a comfy king bed, free wi-fi, a portable dishwasher, and big walk-in shower. Plus, you have your own private side entrance on this home, in a GORGEOUS, quiet Chula Vista neighborhood!I could go on and on...but if you wanna get away, or have an event in Chula Vista, or nearby--you've GOTTA stay here.
