Fantastic Stay
Thank you so much we had the best time, it’s lovely location that looks right over the city and not far from the local shops for food and Uber eats deliveries. Nice and warm from the aircon and the fireplace, the pups loved running outside and exploring all the bush and new smells. A nice welcome dog treats and bottle of wine. We will be back and recommending to our friends - thank you!

Quiet, peaceful yet convenience
Our online host Natasha is very easy to communicate with. She notified us of the missing dishwashing tablets in advance which were replenished soon. We asked her for a few options to explore, and she provided us with a detailed direction. Following her advice, we had a memorable family trip. Had it not for other commitments, we would have loved to stay longer. Thanks again Natasha. One improvement on stayz is probably providing an initial direction to the house for guests arriving after dark. Once entering the driveway, they need to follow the unsealed path all the way to the end passing a couple of houses/caravans.

My Mum Angela built this home in the late 70s. Growing up in the bush so close to Canberra and Queanbeyan provided an amazing combination of the freedom of running around in the bush, and living with nature and on the land as well as being able to benefit from all Canberra, Queanbeyan and the region has to offer.

As an adult, I realize what a privilege this was for myself and our family.
I hope we can share some of the sense of that experience with our guests.

This is a cherished family property on proud Ngunnawal land.

We welcome you and hope your time at Ridgeway Escape is enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable, providing a home like setting and reprieve away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
