Driving down the driveway to Philyn's Mountain Escape you will pass the Magnolia and Camilla plantation and beyond the home see the expansive mountain ranges. You will feel instantly relaxed knowing a daybed on the large deck overlooking the mountains awaits you, maybe with a glass of wine and good book.

Philyn's Mountain Escape has three spacious bedrooms, all with queen beds and a fourth bedroom has a king single bed, sleeping 7 guests in total. A fully equipped kitchen and living room open onto the back deck area, perfect for outdoor dining and taking in the sounds of nature and the bushland surroundings. A separate formal dining room caters for those wintery days when too cold to dine outdoors. Two modern style bathrooms each have separate shower and bath along with toilet.

Located a five minute drive from the heart of Warburton township, Philiyn's Mountain Retreat is ideally situated for relaxing at home or exploring the town and surrounding areas. A visit to the Warburton Waterwheel Information Centre is a must, along with a stroll through town sampling the numerous eateries and coffee shops, or buying a gift for that special someone. With so many local sights you are spoilt with choice, from catching a trout at Tommy Finn's Trout Farm to cooling down at the Warburton Water Park to exploring Mt Donna Buang Summit or Redwood Forest. Let's not forget the many wineries and farm gates along the Warburton Highway and Yarra Valley which are well worth a visit.

Open fire place not for guest use during summer months. Firewood is provided during cooler months, enough to get you started - you can purchase more locally at the hardware store or service station.
Outdoor fire pit area not for guest use during summer, during fire restrictions or total fire ban days. Guests to provide own firewood for outdoor fire pit.
Guests are not to enter paddocks on the property, they are welcome to explore other areas.
