We all had such a great time at Wombats burrow. The place was beautifully presented. We especially liked the visitors from the cockatoos, lorikeets and rosellas.
Great spot, well set up house for a family gathering. The only downside was the size of the fridge, it was a bit small for 10 people. We did meet the wombat one night!
Lovely house in a beautiful part of Victoria for a girls weekend away. Check-in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The front balcony was a great location for an afternoon beverage and catchup. Also walking distance to local cafes & restaurants of Warburton was handy. Would happily stay again and recommend.
We all absolutely loved our stay at wombat's burrow. Could not fault a thing. Great location, clean and has everything you need for a family weekend away. Would highly recommend this property to families with children.
This was a lovely stay for our family.. the house was comfortable, plenty of room, it kept nice and warm and the bunk room with toys was so great for our kids. We especially loved the Australiana theme throughout the house.
A lovely well looked after property which was perfect for our two families. Close to the river and the town. There is a steep hill up to the house which takes a couple of mins.
The house was beautifully presented and very clean. Although we were on a work trip and werent there to enjoy it as much as we would have liked! it had everything we needed, great communal spaces - we loved the big table on the verandah, and beautiful views across the surrounding hills.
We enjoyed our stay at Wombats Burrow. The property is beautiful and spacious and in a great location. One extra space heater for the second bedroom would have made it perfect for winter. One of the bedrooms has an old split system that we couldn’t use because it caused the entire room to vibrate!
An absolutely amazing weekend getaway with my girlfriends! This house significantly exceeded our expectations. We found incredibly comfortable beds, truly luxurious linens, and a very well-appointed kitchen, perfect for our group. The beautiful Australiana theme, along with the carefully selected art, homeware, and furniture, created a very luxurious and unique atmosphere. It's important to note: the large studio cabin, which is spacious enough for a family, is available at an additional cost. We opted to use it, and it was fantastic, adding even more to our wonderful experience."
