The location was perfect, views were spectacular the only thing was that it wouldof been better with more than one 3 seater couch that was very old and did not really fit in with decor and the very stylish apartments. But we would stay again

We enjoyed staying there, and would do so again in the future. We found the booking in process hard,
The CONDOR apartments is well Located in Surfers. within walking distance to Shops, Trams, etc. The Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the View, Due to our age (in our 70's ) we found the booking process difficult, however the Staff, went out of their way, to navigate the process.Thank You So Much.

Property is nice and central. However for a place that has beds for 6 it would be good if another couch could be in the premises as well as TVs. There is only one 4 seater couch and only 1 TV in the loungeroom.

perfect location, car wouldn't fit under carpark roof and not enough parking for 2nd cars, inside pool not heated. need closer location for key pickup

The sliding door needs attention. Unfortunately our car was too high for the car park, I missed this in prior communication, so was unaware when we booked our hire car, and with the struck visitors parking we had to go looking for public parking.
Otherwise the place was lovely clean and spacious.
The property was in poor condition, large water puddlevon the floor, water all.over tge stove, had a musty smell, glass sliding door would not close and very difficult to make any contact with the host, no response to phone calls or messages.

Good location but lots of traffic noise, very close to busy intersection. We asked for 2pm check-in (which used to be the 'normal' time when did it become 3pm). We were told they would let us know when place was ready. To cut a long story short, we got an email saying we could check in, so we go there only to find there is no key in lock box. Went and did some grocery shopping and came back about 2.30. still no key. Called agent office and had to convince them there was no key in the lock box. Ended up finally getting a key after 3pm because apparently previous guests had only returned one set of keys, and told that we should be able to get another key by Monday (3 days away). After numerous phone calls asking when we would get second key (there were 4 of us and we needed 2 keys) we were told there would not be a second key. We also notified them that there was no remote control for the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms (the AC is only in the living room). This issue was never rectified, our bedroom was very hot. We finally did receive a second key 2 days before we were due to leave. Not really satisfactory. The place was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. There was only one couch which had a cover on it which was awful. For a place that accommodates 6 people there needs to be more sitting places and ideally a coffee table. Overall the building is old and tired, the pool is not inviting.
