About this property

Only a few minutes walk to the town, the bakery and coffee shops you can enjoy all Middleton has to offer. A short drive away and you can visit Port Elliot and Goolwa and have the best surf beaches at your doorstep.

The house has been completely refreshed with an open living space and brand new kitchen. Sit and relax at the breakfast bar or enjoy the wonderful garden with lots of entertaining areas.

The living area has a combustion fireplace and reversed AC unit for heating or cooling.
Three good sized bedrooms provide 2 queen sized beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks (double/single combo) all having large windows allowing in the natural light. The main bathroom consists of a huge shower alcove, bath and vanity with a separate toilet.

Entry gates on the side street lead into a fully secured, paved yard with beautiful lush gardens, offering a tranquil space to enjoy the outdoors.

Home from home stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing weekend away with our besties attending Red Hot Summer festival in VH.this property wasn't close by to the venue but didn't matter as was only 10 mins ride in taxi. Nice local pub 5 min walk up the road for a dinner and a raffle draw. Property itself is really so inviting, it's really modern, warmly and has everything you need. Just like being at home. We had a ball. Great for anyone with kids the kids bedroom is amazing.
