Sea Breeze - Spacious home with lovely ocean views
Welcome to Sea Breeze, a spacious home and yard with spectacular views situated just under a kilometre away from central Port Elliot. You are able to explore and enjoy Port Elliot and it's spectacular beaches, restaurants & cafes on either foot, bike, or car.
Sea Breeze house was built in the late 90s with stunning views overlooking the bay of Port Elliot and Middleton. Sea Breeze is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday retreat catering for up to 10 guests. An open plan kitchen, living, and entertainment area allows the view to be soaked up from inside. Sea Breeze is the perfect summer location but also offers a great winter escape, with a wood fire and the opportunity of witnessing the migration of the Southern Wright Whale (May – Oct) from the house or closer up along the foreshores surrounding the property.

Absolutely a great holiday, loved gazing at the sea views every day. A bonus was watching the "cockle train" go past during the day. Excellent amenities although the two smaller bedrooms were struggling to cope with our rather big grandchildren.

Nice view, we enjoyed. Definitely recommend.
The house was nice and had enough sleeping space for us. I liked the view. We had a great time, but the house wasn't very clean and had a lot of dust. When cleaning fees are going to be charged, please make sure to deliver it clean beforehand.Thank you
