condo. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom & ocean views.

Second bedroom has two queen beds. 3 Smart TVs (master bedroom, 2nd bedroom

and living room) with Spectrum cable and WIFI. Plush Towels and luscious

linens and pillow top bedding provided plus beach towels. Fully stocked

kitchen with all the amenities of home. Perfect for entertaining as it is

equipped with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances. The dining

area has a table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the bar area.

Lazy Boy sectional has a queen sleeper sofa with SLUMBER AIR mattress (the

most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market). An outdoor pool and hot tub

are featured at this beachfront property - 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a

Beach umbrella and beach wagon make for an easy Beach day! Great location to

watch the Summertime and Holiday Fireworks from the Front balcony.



On site fun activities include kids grassy playground and tennis/basketball

courts. Secured Gated access as well as gated parking for your vehicle.



We Love pets and allow them with prior approval (max of 2 & 25 pound limit)

with non-refundable pet fee.

families. Guest must be 25 years of age or older to enter into this

Guests are allowed ONE vehicle inside the gated area which will need to have

the Parking Tag displayed in the front window which is given at time of check

in by the property management. Additional vehicles will need to be parked

outside on the public street.



This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee is $175 plus tax and processing fee.
