2/26 Voyager Cl - waterfront ground floor unit

Only 500 metres from the family friendly Little Beach where the waters are calm for children swimming, picnics, and free BBQ facilities – this is the perfect space for your next family holiday as there are no stairs making this easy for children or the elderly.

A quick 1-kilometre stroll along the white sandy beach and you will be in the heart of Shoal Bay where you will find an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and Shoal Bay Country Club, Nelson Bay is only a five-minute drive away.

The living area is open plan with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and timber laminate flooring throughout, sit back and listen to the waves crashing on the beach which is directly in front of you – being on the ground floor there are no views, but hearing the waves beating against the sand is very calming.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including a freestanding oven, microwave, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer.

Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through the property, the main bedroom also has an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a kiddie’s size bath, shower, toilet, vanity, and the unit shares an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There is parking for one vehicle on the shared driveway with the unit above.
