Overall the house was in good condition. Though very dated. The host was very responsive to questions and things to do in the area. Would suggest more lighting on the stairs leading to the dock to prevent accidents.

This property was perfect. The inside was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be there was poison ivy growing around the back door and on the lattice fence between the two properties. This needs to be sprayed and killed.

No one told us the lake would be drained. We picked the place for fishing with our grandchildren. We replaced the weathered flag (and put old one in garage). Beautiful place, just wished it had water.

Great location for event at the Hot Springs Village Center

Really enjoyed our stay. We came for the Hot Spring Village Bridge Tournament and the property was less than 1 mile from the center, allowing us to run back to get lunch. The location and backyard were fantastic, lots of wildlife and nature. I will consider coming back in the warmer months to enjoy more in the area.

Life in the Villa!

The property was so clean and homey! We really enjoyed our stay! Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the US - we didn’t know that before going, but it made the experience really cool! The whole area is quiet, well kept, and very nature-y! It was just a short drive to hot springs national park.

Great location right on the water. The dogs and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly! There was ample privacy and quiet which was awesome. It felt like I was the only person on the lake! The structure is a little older but well maintained. Any issues I had were promptly and professionally addressed. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice and quiet home

Nice area, a lot of room, with everything you could need staying away from home. My family and I were there for a week. The kitchen has all the supplies you need as far cooking (pots, silverware, plates, cups, cooking utensils). We loved seeing the chipmunk, ducks and geese. We would stay here again.
