Getting Around:

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

✔ Pool Heat & Hot Tub Use:

Our pool doubles as a spacious hot tub! To help you get the most out of your stay, we offer two ways to enjoy the water:

•Complimentary Hot Tub Mode: Guests may activate "Hot Tub Mode" at no extra cost. This provides 4-hour windows of targeted heating to enjoy the water as a spa.

•Full Pool Heating (Optional): If you prefer the entire pool to be kept at a consistent, swim-ready temperature throughout your stay, seasonal daily rates apply to cover propane costs:

•March, April, May: $100/day

•Sept, Oct, Nov: $100/day

•Dec, Jan, Feb: $150/day



✔ Events/Photoshoots: Not permitted without prior approval & permits.

✔ Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM per county ordinance.

✔ Security: Exterior camera faces driveway for guest safety & ordinance compliance.
