The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the additional bedrooms in the little house made it a perfect property for us. The huge yard provided a wonderful area for the children to run around. And when we had a slight emergency, we were allowed to checkout a little later than usual.

The house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach with sidewalks the whole way. The backyard patio was very nice and got some shade during the day to keep it a little cooler on hot days.
