The Space:
This relaxing 261 sq m | 2,815 sq ft, 2BR/2BA condo at Mareaazul is the tranquil beach getaway you’ve been looking for! The condo is equipped with all the comforts of home while the property has luxury resort-style amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in sunny paradise. This is the ideal space for a small family or a group of friends. The building is also one of the most renowned in Playa del Carmen for its grand common areas with a gym, a Zen garden, lounging areas, a grand big swimming pool with a snack bar, an amazing spa, 24-hour security & front desk, biking trails, and more. The condominium also has a beach club next to it so drinks and food are conveniently accessed from the beach area of Mareazul.

The condo space features the following:

- The SITTING/LIVING AREA has a comfy sofa and a Smart TV next to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. This area of the condo is inviting and thoughtfully designed for interaction and conversation.

- Direct access through the sliding doors to the PRIVATE TERRACE w/ table and chairs where you can relax with a book or just enjoy a beverage while you people watch! BONUS - it comes with a SPA TUB on the terrace! Open the doors all the way for an extension of living space and enjoy the activity at the pool from inside the shaded condo!

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN has high-end quality appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or for those who follow a special diet. There’s a breakfast bar with 2 chairs that can also double as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

- A DINING TABLE set to accommodate 6 guests comfortably so that you can enjoy any meal of the day.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. As a guest, the use of the pool, gym and spa, locker, showers, jetted spa tub, steam room, and sauna are included. Massage service has an additional cost (ask at reception). Use of the tennis court (book at the reception in advance).

The Neighborhood:
This condo at Mareazul is within the gated community of the Grand Coral which is home to one of the most famous golf courses in the area as well as other exclusive condominiums. You’ll be about a 15-minute drive to the heart of Playa del Carmen where you’ll find everything along the famous 5th Avenue such as cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & souvenir shops, nightlife, & plenty of people-watching! Though the beach at the condo is spectacular and only a 5min walk from your door, once in downtown Playa you can also visit one of the beach clubs like Mamitas, Lido, and Zenzi.

There’s so much to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more!

Getting Around:
The property is about 52.5 km | 36.2 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Due to the property's location, we recommend renting a car while staying at the property. The condo is about a 15-minute drive to the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. Though everything is not a far drive, you’ll need a car to get there. Please note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.

Guests may be required to climb stairs.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, centralized AC, bed linens, bath and beach towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. Free parking on premises as well.

Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.

Home and bath essentials -- a few basic items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels, and trash bags are provided to get you started. But any other cooking, cleaning, or bath items you may need are not included. These supplies must be purchased and brought onsite by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

To ensure a smooth checkout with us, please leave the property in a clean condition. Leave all used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor, put used beach towels on the living room floor, take the garbage out to the bins outside, and leave the key in the lockbox. Housekeeping tips or gratuities are also greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
