Great place and had everything we needed for our beach vacay. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind. The home didn't have harsh dog restrictions like many others in the area which was appreciated and we will be back for future visits!

Relaxing family getaway

We stayed for the week and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and very family friendly. It was very cozy and more importantly very clean! The host was amazing, very friendly and accommodating and great at communicating. We are already looking forward to booking our next trip!

Some of my family and I were visiting to do some fishing and stayed here. The property is as advertised. The property was super clean and smelled like a new place. Great job on cleaning personnel. Excellent location with fishing pier, caught a bunch of fish. Will definitely stay again, recommend 100 percent. Very happy with the treatment, love it.

A great week at the beach!

This was a great place for my family for the week. We love the location of this unit. There was enough space for the 5 of us and we never felt cramped. The AC worked great and all the amenities worked like they should. We enjoyed the sunrise on the outdoor patio and the natural wildlife that lives on the canal. The only thing to be aware of is there are stairs, my mom struggled with that a little, so older folks keep that in mind. Overall an awesome place to stay, an we will again (without mom)

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and very cozy. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful anytime we had a question about anything. He was also kind enough to let us have some extra time to check out. Everything was great! We even used the grill to cook some sausage and chicken! Perfect place

This was the perfect place for us. The owner was in contact with us from the beginning ensuring our stay was great. The gome was cozy and comfortable, and the licatuin was perfect. Literally, it was 3 to 5 minutes from the beach, and not more than 15 minutes from Padres Island national seashore. The checkout was easy and after we were on the road, we realized my daughter had left things. We contacted the owner who immediately replied stating he would get what was left and send it to us! Highly recommend this property. Great vacation.

The condo was excellent and just the right fit for grandpa, grandma, and the couple of grandkids (upstairs bedrooms). We will definitely get back in touch from future travels to Corpus, the only drawback was the stairs leading up to the second floor entry and trying to get medical equipment up and inplace for the stay. This is an excellent place to use while in the area, very close to the fishing boats and the bay, as well as the local restaurants which cooked our fresh catch for us. Wonderful people and easy to work with, truly recommend this for any traveler.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO in Corpus Christi! The property is spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic fishing pier that we thoroughly enjoyed. While the home is older and a bit outdated, it has a welcoming charm that made us feel right at home.What truly made our stay exceptional was the landlord's incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, leaving a thoughtful welcome gift that set the tone for a great trip. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our dog along and feel completely at ease.This property offers excellent value for the price, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Quick Beach Trip

Convenient location near all the popular attractions in North Padre Island including Island Market, the Padre Island National Seashore, my favorite restaurant, Island Italian and many others. AC was nice and cool and kids had there own bedrooms upstairs with the master down. Beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the hose with the high pressure sprayer as it made it easy to rinse off all the fishing gear, vehicle, etc. after a full day down the beach. The host was easy to contact when needed, which I appreciated. All in all a good stay in Padre.

Cozy little getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was short. My boys enjoyed their room upstairs with the bathroom right there. I loved the brick wall and the view. Property was clean! The owner was phenomenal with communication! This went a long way for me and helped me through the process. My only suggestions is the upstairs room does become warm, so the stand up fan was a great asset. Also, the scented plug ins, I’m sensitive to smells, maybe cutting down on the amount of finding another refreshing solution. But overall, we’d definitely would rebook and recommend this place.

Felt like home

The rental was so nice it took a lot of motivation to go and do things around the island. It was very homey feeling and comfortable. It was in a quiet area and very peaceful. When we did leave the rental it was in a location next to everything. 20-30 min to Port Aransas depending on traffic. We rented a buggy and it took us all of 10 min to follow the buggy approved streets to get to the beach. The kitchen was stocked and had extra. The only thing missing was pot holders but we made it work. The check in and communication was easy and we were well informed. The property manager kept in contact and in good communication. This rental will be one that we will be renting when in the area. We felt safe enough to leave our beach equipment in our open buggy. All over we had a great experience and recommend to everyone.
