The house was in the perfect spot. Was exactly like the listing stated, clean and a great little getaway with friends.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again
This house was perfect for our weekend visit to Newcastle. The junction shops right across the road and a quick drive down to the beach. The house was immaculate on arrival and had a great open plan living area downstairs, with bedrooms upstairs. Would recommend!
Overall it is a nice place, however we had a few mishaps while there. I booked Nel's place to stay in for my wedding with my 12 month old and brides maids. Check in was easy and the place is as described. On the surface the place was clean with everyday areas but it could benefit from a deep cleaning. Lots of dust around, shower floor I had to give a rinse out of little bits of I don't know what and hair before using it and there were drips on outside of the toilet bowl. There was also only hand soap in the kitchen. none in the upstairs or downstairs toilets and the place could also benefit from a stick vacuum or a broom to help keep the floors clean. And now to the major issue. During the stay we had multiple people dropping by, friends, vendors delving things to the house and meal deliveries who would all use the door bell on their arrival. When the doorbell was pressed and ear piercing ringing would admit from the inside screen that was connected to the doorbell. I rang the contact number about this during business hours on the Friday and had to leave a message. Soon after I called the situation escalated with the loudest alarm ive ever heard going off each time the door bell was pressed. This was all occurring while getting ready for my wedding and while my baby was napping. The alarm was so loud we could no remain in the house and my baby had to be taken across the road and down the street to get away from the noise. I phone the property manager again who told m
