Whether you're in town for food, wine, or relaxation, this stunning condo in Yountville is the perfect home base.
Please note: we have two outdoor cameras. One shows a view of the front patio and driveway and one on the back patio shows a view of the patio and open space.

The spacious condo has been meticulously updated and beautifully decorated, featuring original art, hardwood floors, fine tile, quartz finishes, and mirrored accents. The newest addition is the expanded and updated outdoor patio, offering grassy views, privacy, and a serene atmosphere. As a single-story, end-unit condo with only one soundproofed wall, privacy and quiet are guaranteed.

Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with luxurious 1000 TC sheets, down comforters, and fat, soft towels in the bathrooms. The guest bath includes a soaker tub, while the master bath boasts an oversized shower.

The kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, with a massive quartzite island (6'x7') that seats six, a prep sink, a gas range with convection option, microwave/convection oven, a deep sink next to the dishwasher, and top-of-the-line cookware and knives.

Brew your coffee like a true aficionado with your choice of a fresh bean grinder and drip coffee maker for full flavor or a convenient Keurig machine for quick, pod-based perfection (coffee not included).

A wine fridge stores your Napa Valley wine purchases, and a micro/convection oven provides quick meal prep. But with so many incredible eateries nearby, cooking at home might not be necessary!

The open-concept living room features a 55" smart TV, surround sound speakers, and a cozy gas fireplace, making it the ideal place to relax. Both bedrooms offer ample storage, with walk-in closets and built-in organizers. The expanded patio space outside invites you to unwind, featuring a firetable, sofa, and chairs for ultimate relaxation. A private seating area by the master bedroom is perfect for an intimate escape, where you can sip your favorite glass of wine and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Step outside and walk to town, or take a leisurely stroll through the vineyards with a glass of wine in hand. The beauty of Napa Valley is just a short walk or bike ride away, with vineyards and rolling hills providing the backdrop for your peaceful retreat.

The home easily accommodates 4 people. Should you have guests that visit for the day, no problem. However, if you would like to have a few overnights with someone not on your rental agreement, please let me know. There could be additional charges for over 4 guests but, I will happily approve should they stay only 1 or 2 nights.

PETS: please see pet category. There is an automatic $50 deposit against damages from a pet. Small animals work the best. Any attempt to hide that a guest has brought in an unapproved pet, will result in an additional $50 fine.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer in the garage, ample parking space for two cars, and access to a pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse just across the street. Long-term rental options are also available.

A very nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed the month of April at this lovely home in Yountville. All the amenities were available to make our stay comfortable and like home, including a front courtyard area, perfect for wine in the evening and enjoying the beauty of the Napa hills. The location is situated close to all the restaurants, coffee and wine tasting that Yountville has to offer. We literally walked everywhere. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

A perfect getaway

This home is beautiful. Upgraded appliances and a beautiful granite island with nice chairs. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. The location allows you to walk everywhere in Downtown Yountville....and most of your walk will be on a paved lit path. The fenced in outdoor patio with fire table adds a nice touch for a night in. I highly recommend this property. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking trails.The home itself is amazing. Comfortable, well maintained, clean, and the best stocked I've ever stayed in. The kitchen really is a cook's kitchen with good cookware and knives, blender, food processor, complete dishware, silverware, and serving pieces. Nothing lacking. Had a wonderful month enjoying the outdoor space and the sunshine in wine country. The space in the condo was great - two large bedrooms and full baths so guests could have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens available. We really enjoyed sitting around the huge kitchen island for meals. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. The neighborhood was delightful, and we easily walked to the pool and to restaurants on the Yountville Main Street. It was a great stay and I would absolutely rent again.

The property is lovely! Steps away from the renowned (and costly) Bardessono resort, you find this incredible neighborhood full of joyful homes, with yards covered by gorgeous flowers. This property is wonderful proximity to town! The kitchen is legendary. The patio is awesome (and would be hundreds more PER NIGHT to get a patio like it at any of the resorts). The 2 bedrooms are spaced out nicely. The bathrooms are terrific. Sitting is comfortable. Supplies are plentiful. It was fantastic for our family of 4, and would also work well for 2 couples (or 1 couple stays all month and hosts other couple friends throughout). Cheryl was communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything.

I am a jewelry designer and artist originally from San Diego. From the beaches of San Diego to the vineyards of the Napa Valley it has been a great journey. Moving here in 1999 to start a family winery led me to the location that would eventually inspire the creative work I do. Although I am no longer am involved in the winery, I cannot think of any other place I would rather be. I love sharing with people who visit and am excited that you are interested in staying in my town of Yountville

Why they chose this property

Small town feel and the fact I get to live amongst vineyards makes my space special and unique. I love walking to anywhere in Yountville and, Napa with its expanding downtown vibe, is easy to access by a 20 minute drive away. Yountville is the "secret" spot outside the traffic and congestion that seems to happen during our high season.

What makes this property unique

I have lived in several towns in the Napa Valley; St. Helena, Napa and now Yountville. Each town has its own special qualities but Yountville has become my favorite. It sits off Highway 29 which means no traffic. We are surrounded by vineyards on all sides and that will keep us small . 3200 residents and everything within walking distance. 10 minutes west and you're "downtown", 10 minutes east and you are amongst the quiet of the vineyards and hillsides, 10 minutes north and the long horn cattle greet you as you walk or bike Yount Mill Road. And, should you prefer to stay at home, the updates and amenities of this great location will make you fall in love and want to stay forever. I did!
