My wife and I stayed here for our birthdays and the place was a perfect size since we were also working during our stay. Gail was amazing with all on the local tips, the welcome treats and always available to answer any questions. The location was perfect where it’s close enough to the restaurants but far enough where it’s private. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone
Large home that has everything you could possibly need; Very clean, and comfortable! Gail (owner) was very responsive! We needed a couple of minor repairs during our stay, and Gail handled everything very quickly! Highly recommend this rental!
Location and amenities inside the house were great. I think the outside patio could use some clean up and freshing. A hot tub on the back patio would be a nice touch to unwind in the evenings. Would definitely consider the property again.
Literally steps from Washington St in Yountville, this home is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The layout of the kitchen, family room and nook, opening out to the magazine quality back yard is perfect for hanging out with a large or small group. Our group of 8 adults was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner's communication as we were booking and leading up to our visit was top notch! We'll be back!!
Gail was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive leading up to and throughout our visit. Her home is in a phenomenal location for those who wish to walk to meals. The neighborhood is beautiful and the home is well appointed. Everything from serving dishes, grilling equipment, bikes, bedding, towels and supplies were stocked and easy to find. It was a memorable month to enjoy family and visiting friends.
What a great month in Yountville! The house was spacious, and had so many amenities (large tv, sturdy washer & drier). It is located perfectly to move up and down Napa Valley! It's so nice that Gail allows guest to leave extra dish washer pods, salt, pepper, olive oil, and similar. She also left water, snacks and treats for us!
We had a couple (our best friends) join us for 10 days and then had our grown children rotate in and out for a couple of weeks -- one with a four year old, and no problem -- plenty of space, and room to spread out. The outside patio was so nice -- normally mild temperatures and had a tented space for shade.
Comfortable and relaxing!
Just a really nice stay! Thanks, Gail!
Run don't walk to book a reservation at this incredible home. The house. The comfort. The location. The owner. It is EVERYTHING you need to have a perfect wine country stay. We have done multiple extended stays in the area and this was the best property we have ever had the privilege of renting. Try it for yourself and you will see.
We had a wonderful month long stay! Check in was a breeze, the home was everything as described, and more.
Easy walking distance to the best restaurants and very quiet at night.
The owner Gale was a delight, welcoming, quick to respond to questions, and she missed no details in preparing for our stay.
I highly recommend staying here!
Overall outstanding property! This is a newer home and has everything you can possible imagine for entertaining. The home is perfect for a food and wine lovers. Plenty of room for friends and family while having enough space for privacy. Exceptionally well organized and clean!! Neighboorhood and location is just perfect for walking to MIchelin star restaurants and tasting rooms. Gail is an exceptional host - she is super responsive and thinks of all the little things that go a long way to make you feel at home!!
The home is well located in Yountville, being within walking distance of many wineries and restaurants. The house was one of the best stocked rentals I've ever stayed in. You want gelato, she has a gelato maker, feeling like having crepes for breakfast, she has that too and so much more. The house was very comfortable as was the backyard entertainment area which we used every day. Gail was a fantastic host - we had a slight issue with one of the shower doors and she was very quick to take care of it. She was exceptionally quick to respond to any inquiry or request. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Napa Valley getaway.
This property is every bit as beautiful as the photos online and Gail is a wonderful host. It is in a fantastic quaint little neighborhood and we enjoyed time on the patio almost every night. The kitchen has fantastic cookware and well equipped with everything you would need. Did I mention you can walk to the Bouchon bakery in 6 minutes? The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. She left friendly notes in the house before we arrived and dog treats for the Scottish terriers what a sweet person; she is very caring. She also sent a ton of information to help make our trip so special. We will definitely be back again and feel very fortunate to have selected this beautiful property I highly recommend this listing as your next vacation. You will not find a better place to stay in Yountville!!!
We arrived in Yountville in mid-January and really didn’t know what to expect. Pandemic fear was high, restaurants were not opened, and things were just not normal. Yet the minute we arrived in Gail’s lovely home, we knew we made a great decision in renting this place. We felt so welcomed and the house so comfortable. As things opened up, we realized this was a perfect spot to ride out the long New England winter. The location is walking distance to all of the fabulous places in Yountville: Bistro Jeanty, Bottega, Ad Hoc, Bouchon, and of course French Laundry, as well as many wine rooms for tastings. Try coffee at Kelly’s Gas Station and a scone in the morning! We can’t wait to return with friends or our family when we are all vaccinated and ready to travel again. There is plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, barbecuing, and playing bocce in the beautiful backyard after a day spent wine tasting. Highly recommend!
My husband and I had booked this house for 8 weeks and two weeks into our stay, we were in quarantine. The trip didn’t turn out to be the one we anticipated but the house was great. Perfect location, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Gail is a fantastic hostess and made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed! I can’t say enough positive about this property!
Loved everything about the Home, Yountville, and the Owner!
The home was so clean, comfortable, and perfectly located (walking distance to sooo many fabulous restaurants).
Yountville is a food and wine-lover’s dream! Halfway between Napa and St. Helena.... it was very convenient to all the wineries we visited.
The owner, Gail, was such a hospitable and caring owner. We had an unexpected glitch at the home, which she took care of immediately and with such thoughtfulness. We so appreciated her quick attention and communication. The home is complete with every possible thing you would need! We absolutely loved staying there for a month, with our family and friends visiting throughout... can’t wait to stay at this house again!

A Fabulous Experience in Yountville
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. From the moment we set food inside the immaculate and well appointed house, we felt welcomed. Our host was exceptionally gracious and friendly from the moment we got in touch with her, making suggestions for things we could do and see; she could not have been nicer. The house was the perfect size for 8 of us (4 generations). The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have seen, and it was a joy to cook together and then eat outside on the patio near the fountain on those nights when we did not want to go out. Every detail had been thought of to ensure that our time would be pleasurable. Our daughter was getting married at a winery about a mile away and the house was the perfect place for her to get dressed before the wedding. It also provided several picturesque spots for wedding pictures. We will definitely be back again the next time we are in Napa. Thank you for making this special event extra special! We recommend this property unreservedly.

Perfect place in Yountville!
The photos do not do this place justice. It is larger than the pictures make it seem - plenty of space for large groups of people. It's helpful that there is a full guest bathroom on both the first and second floor. It's very clean, and is stocked with every amenity you could want. The house is located in the perfect location - walking distance to the wonderful restaurants in Yountville, and in close driving distance to the other towns. There is a close, tranquil road through vineyards and farms to run or ride the bikes that the owner provides. It was January, so we didn't get to use the outdoor area, but it looks inviting. Throughout the entire process the owner was always available to answer questions or to help us with anything that we needed. The only negative was that the wireless was spotty. It would drop out all of the time - even when you were really close -and come back a few minutes later. It's not a problem for normal internet usage, but if you are planning on working from the house, it is an issue. My husband is constantly on the internet and he was not able to work from the upstairs "office."
It's Napa, there are too many wonderful places to eat, drink, and indulge. I discovered some off the beaten path places by asking every every local I met to name three wineries and three restaurants they love. Restaurants outside of the usual suspects - Bistro Jeanty, Cook, anything at the Oxbow in Napa, Jole, Oenotri, Bardessono bar (check out the toilets), Redd and the newly opened Redd Wood. Wineries are a matter of taste. We like the smaller family owned wineries. Get off 29 and the Silverado Trail and head up to the mountain areas: Howell, Spring. Maisonry is a tasting room few blocks away from the house that offers tastings from a variety of smaller wineries. You can taste, or sit in their wonderful garden with a glass of wine while you read a book. Round Pond - not a small place - has a wonderful lesson/brunch/tasting. Cooking classes with Julia are fantastic, and if you need to wok off some pounds during your stay, Ines is a great trainer. She does personal training and bikini boot camp. Make your own wine at Judd's Hill. I also highly recommend the champagne tasting/tour at Schramsberg - I never thought about how champagne is made.
This was the first time I have ever rented through VRBO. I was nervous, and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend this house.

My husband and I love to spend extended stays in wine country and this is by far the most comfortable, most desirable location of any other place we have rented. The kitchen is well equiped for those who like to cook despite the marvelous restaurants within walking distance of the house. The property is well maintained and I do my best to keep it in tip top shape when I am there. I must admit though we have lost a few of the potted plants during our stay. Our family who visit with us while we are they also love the property. I have recommended this property to a few others who have also rented and will become repeat renters like I am. The owners are thoughtful, caring and very attentive.

Perfect for a getaway, we've stayed 3 times!
Our family loves this place with its beautiful, cozy setting!
The home is equipped with every amenity you may want, along with charming touches and gorgeous decor. The owners are gracious and kind. They help you plan your trip before you arrive, providing plenty of suggestions and contact information.
The kitchen is the center of the home and a culinary delight on those days we want to cook. If not, we stroll down the street to a world-famous restaurant and sample its seasonal menus. Every morning, we stop for a snack at Bouchon bakery, and on each visit, we pick a chef whose creations we want to experience more and visit his/her restaurants.
We also bring our golf clubs and there are plenty of fun courses in the area. Each time we come here is so memorable - personally, it's my favorite spot to vacation after years of worldwide travels.
My daughter knows this spot - and this home - as part of "Santa's Village." It's especially magical for us during the holiday season. Hope you can experience it too.
