This condo features three clean, private bedrooms allowing for ultimate privacy and peaceful rest during your mountain stay, and 2.5 bathroom with all essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap.

Guest access
- Guests will have access to the entire unit, parking, and shared BBQ located outside the unit.
Other things to note
-The use of stairs is required to access the bedrooms in this unit.
-We have a couch and a cot for the extra guests.
- We have a pet fee of $20 CAD per pet per night which we can adjust on our end upon booking.
We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.
1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.
2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.
3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a strict check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance a late check out at 1PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.
4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a strict check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance an early check-in at 2PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.
5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.
6.PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $20CAD per pet, per night.
We need to follow the building rules regarding noise to maintain a healthy relationship with our neighbors. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. Any imposed monetary penalties caused by noise disruptions like excessive barking will be transferred to the guest.
7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.
8. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.
