Enjoy additional amenities at the Clubhouse which is .3 miles or about a 4 min walk, including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, basketball net, picnic tables and tennis courts. Bus service is available in the winter to and from Loon mountain ski resort right outside the door! Shopping and dining conveniently located within a mile.
After a long day of sightseeing or skiing, cozy up on the wrap-a-round couch next to the gas fireplace in the main living room with a 65" 4K TV with soundbar and DVD player and an open concept to the dining room and kitchen. Or kick back with popcorn and a movie in the separate family room with a 60" 4K TV with surround sound and DVD player and two full-size couches.

- Main living area - two large sliding glass doors open to a deck with a grill and tables and chairs (not available in the winter months).
- Entertainment systems in the main living and family rooms both feature x-lg large flat screen televisions, cable and DVD players.

The space was absolutely beautiful. I had a second family staying, my mom and brother and it was spacious enough for all. I booked it for a wedding I was having up the street and the master bedroom was perfect for the getting ready pictures as it was huge and very bright. There was ample parking in the front for guests and overall the location was quiet and beautiful.

When not up here in Lincoln, we live our day to day life in a house on lake. Thus the name, "Not the lake house". It seemed easier than "the skiing, hiking, waterfall, ziplining, waterpark house." There really is so much to do here!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property after renting here in 2015. We are a very active family and we fell in love with Loon Mountain -- with it's family-friendly atmosphere, excellent snowmaking, and year-round activities. We love this townhouse with its separate family spaces, bus to skiing and of course its access to the pool and hot tub! We can't wait to come up this summer for the hiking, ziplining and waterpark!
