Bright clean and airy

Good location, bright and airy unit. Been renovated nicely.Only thing against it is the 3 flights of stairs, so not suitable for older people.

I do not recommend staying at this apartment. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, condition of the property, and how our concerns were handled.The doonas appeared not to have been properly washed, with an unpleasant smell and visible yellow and brown stains. There were also stains on the doona covers and sheets. Visible mould was present in several areas, including around the window directly above the bed. We also found spider webs and numerous bugs in different corners of the apartment. I took photos and videos documenting these issues.The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, especially the single beds, which seemed more suitable for children than adults. As an adult, I could barely turn over comfortably and woke up sore and exhausted.Also note that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. This could be difficult for anyone carrying heavy luggage or with back, knee, or mobility issues.Communication with the property agents was also very disappointing. After the first night, I requested an early checkout due to these issues. Although they acknowledged our concerns, they refused to refund the remaining nights.Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. The cleanliness and condition were far below what I expected, and I would not stay here again. I recommend considering other accommodation options in the area.
