About this property
Luxury home with pickleball, short walk to lake / Friday Harbour!
Bright, modern, home in a beautiful neighbourhood on a quiet dead-end street. You’ll enjoy 2500 sq. ft. of space including a chef’s kitchen equipped with a 48” Wolf range and an electric Jenn-Air oven. If you’re in a hurry you can use the speed oven, and there’s a warming drawer to keep food and plates at the perfect temperature. In the mornings, you’ll especially enjoy the built-in Bosch coffee machine that makes your coffee, espresso, cappuccino and more with the push of a button! You’ll have all the tools and utensils you need to create and enjoy fabulous meals. No problem keeping your drinks at the right temperature in the large Jenn-Air fridge/freezer with ice maker, wine fridge or beverage fridge.
Unwind in the large living room and dining room, both of which comfortably seat 6. The large, unique T shaped island in the kitchen allows plenty of prep space for the chef as well as seating for 6 onlookers.
On cool mornings, you’ll appreciate waking up to heated kitchen and bathroom floors. And, being a smart home you’ll be able to control the lighting and whole home audio with voice commands.
Outside, you’ll have exclusive use of the private pickleball court, a 35 jet 6 person Jacuzzi, large deck with multiple seating areas, outdoor gazebo with TV, bbq, and herb garden on the premises. The wooded lot provides plenty of privacy.
Exploring the neighbourhood, you’ll find a great beach, excellent restaurants, a liquor/beer store, bustling shops, and pop ups. On weekends, walk over to the outdoor Pier amphitheater where you can enjoy live music, beverages, and delicious food from the onsite gourmet taco truck.
If at any time you prefer to stay in, you can sit down to a cinematic experience in the home theatre room with access to a library of movies and a FireTV stick.
Within a 12 minute walk or 5 minute drive, you’ll find Friday Harbour and all its amenities - waterfront restaurants, beach, shops, beach volleyball, playground, sailing lessons, personal watercraft rentals, and more. Within a 5 minute walk you can launch the onsite kayak to get some exercise, or grab a floatie and a beverage and enjoy the water. There are ample forested nature trails within short walking distance. Finally, if you’re a golfer, you’ll enjoy the 3 minute drive to The Nest - one of the nicest courses in Ontario.
