Take a break from the daily grind and unwind in this spacious lakeside retreat. Our spacious 3 storey 4 bedroom cottage has been freshly renovated to create a rustic atmosphere for that cozy home-away-from home feeling.
Our quaint cottage offers the tranquillity of a remote location whilst still being within five minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and the beach and just 1 hour away from downtown Toronto.

The property features charming décor with luxury touches such as a jacuzzi, a games space, a pair of internet connected TVs, fireplaces and a classical piano.

- Our 4-bedroom cottage can be used as three self-contained apartments - perfect for sharing with friends or multiple families

- beautiful large, lake facing windows for those amazing views
- Fully equipped kitchen and two separate laundry rooms
- On-premises parking with space for up to five cars
- Air-conditioning and fire places throughout

First floor is perfect for families and contains:
- Two large bedrooms with a queen-sized bed each
- One Sofa bed that converts into a nice queen bed with memory foam mattress
- Two bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Laundry room
- Front deck and backyard

Second floor is great for a couple and contains:
- One bedroom with king-sized bed
- 4-piece bathroom with jacuzzi
- Spacious Lake View Balcony
- Sofa and TV right beside the fireplace
- Wet bar with a full size fridge, dishwasher and Microwave

Third Floor
- Our favorite cozy spot on the third floor with full bathroom and a little wet bar
- Wet bar and a full size fridge

A romantic evening by the fireplace, breath-taking sunrise breakfast or a relaxing BBQ on the deck – our cottage is ideally equipped for your perfect retreat.
Please DO NOT use the stirring stairs or the top floor balcony in the back.

Hockey families weekend

Soheil is a very responsive host! Quickly responds to questions and accommodated our check-in and out needs, which made our visit to Georgina smooth. The home was well equipped to host our 3 families during a hockey tournament in the area. The kids enjoyed the lowest level games room. Beds were comfortable and the main level was a great space for the whole group to gather.

Spacious accommodations but old facilities

Nice to have 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms, clean in general with adequate facilities for cooking. It would be better if the gas stoves (a bit difficult to switch on), light bulb of the dining area, and TV remotes could be fixed. The front door locker was not working well, too. Overall, we enjoy the time staying in the cottage.

Nice & Quiet Getaway

A tranquil escape, just an hour away from Toronto. Very spacious, in a quiet area. A peacful retreat close t a beautiful lake.

Wedding weekend

Great properly, we had a large group for a wedding, and we could all stay, and not feel crowded. Front porch was our favorite!!

Great Mini Getaway

I stayed here a couple nights with my family, my sister’s family, and my brother. It was a wonderful mini getaway for our family. The property accommodated the three households very well with three floors including both a bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette. Also, it was well located right by lake Simcoe, a short drive to Sibbald Point beach and a very short drive to nearby grocery stores and other stores.
