First year to rent this much-loved home. Stunning views of the intercoastal waterway and marsh. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and ceiling fan. There is an additional half bath on each level of this home. Two porches and three balconies let you take in the beautiful scenery. A short walk to the private beach access.

Bed Linens provided (Beds in Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No Towels Provided.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Home was clean, well equipped with kitchen items, and very convenient to the beach. Had a wonderful week. Had a plumbing issue and an AC issue - they both were addressed immediately by the rental company, and then fixed by professionals. The pool was an added bonus and in the private backyard.
