This stunning modern home is located across the road from the sandy shoreline of Caves Beach, right next door to a childs playground, and blessed with views of the ocean. Listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the sandy shoreline, be refreshed by the salty breeze, relax in the comfy lounges while reading a great book, or simply be entertained by the homes many features, including outdoor kitchen and private garden.

Walk in the front entry foyer and feel instantly at home. With four bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and four living areas, your family will love having their own space, while also the ability to join together for a great family holiday and making memories..

On the ground floor you will find two identical sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two King Single beds, ensuites and walk in robes, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and another separate toilet for your convenience.

Decorated in a modern easy care, coastal theme with hardwood look floors, comfy lounges and modern entertainment systems including streaming TVs and audio this home will not disappoint and you will want to come back again and again. On this level is the open plan lounge area that leads out onto the tiled undercover outdoor living area, kitchen with BBQ/cooking facilities and alfresco dining area. There is a lovely garden and backyard to relax in that is separate from the entertainment area, and an outdoor shower to wash of the salt and sand from a hard day laying on the beach and catching waves.

Upstairs you will find a huge open plan living area, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has underbench stainless steel oven, dishwasher and a large walk in pantry and all the modern conveniences you need to cook up a storm, as well as stunning stone benchtops. This area further opens up to a large undercover deck with stunning ocean views. The deck area has privacy screens on rollers which can also be used as shutters if required.

Bedrooms one and two are found on this upper level, and just like the bedrooms downstairs, both have ensuite bathrooms and walk in robes. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a King bed. Yet another separate toilet can be found on this level.

The guest will have access to all advertised facilities whilst at the home. The home also has some other features that are not advertised as these are not to be used whilst at the property.

Caves Beach itself is a popular attraction, featuring a beautiful sandy beach and a series of sea caves carved into the cliffs. The beach is ideal for swimming, surfing, sunbathing, and beach walks, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.

You can explore the sea caves during low tide, which adds a sense of adventure to their beach experience. The area is also known for its rock pools, perfect for children to explore and discover marine life.

Caves Beach is part of the spectacular 15-kilometer coastal walking track called the "Coastal Recreational Pathway." The pathway offers breath taking ocean views, rugged cliffs, and an opportunity to observe native wildlife such as dolphins, whales (during migration seasons), and seabirds. You can take leisurely walks or enjoy more challenging hikes along the pathway, which connects various beaches and lookouts in the region.

Just a short drive from Caves Beach, is Lake Macquarie - the largest coastal saltwater lake in Australia. It offers a range of water activities like kayaking, boating, and fishing.

Nature enthusiasts can explore the nearby Watagans National Park, which features lush rainforests, scenic hiking trails, and opportunities for birdwatching and picnicking.

Caves Beach is within driving distance of the renowned Hunter Valley wine region. You can enjoy wine tasting tours, vineyard visits, and indulge in gourmet food experiences.

The property is not far from local bus stops and is in an area that taxis go to as well. Also a lot of the local pubs and clubs have a courtesy bus.

This home is exclusively booked for your use and is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We offer contactless check-in and check-out for a safe stay.

Neighbour Policy: No parties or excessive noise allowed as per NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Failure to comply may result in police-assisted eviction or additional charges. Respect our neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment. A noise monitor and security camera may be present, but they will not be accessed unless alerted of any issues by neighbours or calls.

Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.

Please complete a check-in form with your home address, email, and a copy of your Driver's License for identification. The maximum number of guests is stated in your booking, and additional visitors must be approved in writing by Lakeshores staff.

The reservation price is based on a minimum of (4) guests. Additional guests are charged per person per night. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please enter the correct number of guests (children under 2 are free) when booking.

We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.

Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.

• You may not exceed the number of people specified on your booking.
• The host can not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area
