Two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, bbq and trails on property. See pics for numerous ways to access lake and for pics of the family friendly Minden Beach nearby. connect to peaceful nature while close to town with all amenities, we are in WMU 56!

can walk for miles in nature yet a 7 min drive north to down town Minden. Minden has anything you might need from healthcare, groceries, tims, beer store, lcbo, pubs and more.

Minden also has boat rentals and the family friendly sandy minden rotary park. Bqq areas, washrooms , park and a boat launch in the gentle gull river.
