This immaculate condo is tastefully adorned with a tropical theme, featuring a master bedroom with a plush King bed and a private full bath. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom offers two (2) inviting Twin beds, which can also be transformed into a King upon request, and it comes with its own full bath.

For added flexibility, the living room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, making this paradise perfect for families or small groups.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open.  Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Accessibility: 2nd-floor unit. This condo is not wheelchair or elevator accessible.

PLEASE NOTE: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach, including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is Mother Nature, over which we have no control of.
