Pool will be heated when temps are below 20 c only to max temp. of 70-74 degree
Roof top Palapa's allowing you to take a relaxing naps in the handmade hammocks .
The tropical landscape boasts over 7000 palm trees and plants and provides you with 100% privacy. The uncrowded Sandy beach is a short 1 minute walk away. Master bedrooms highlights :
3 x large Master Suites with King size Beds – extra large private bathrooms with showers as well as double sinks and designer tile work. ( Bath tubs have been disabled to conserve water and follow the local conservation laws Fine linens are provided in all bathrooms for your enjoyment and use, enabling you to get ready for the special occasion or night out.
2 bedrooms have Luxury Queen size beds.
The 4 additional bedrooms have 2 twin beds each which can be easily converted to king beds. Additional sleeping is provided with 2 additional twin beds in den areas. Sleeping area can also be provided on the main floor for people having difficulties going up the stairs.
Baby cribs, high chairs, Stroller, kids plates etc. are provided as well if needed assuring our little guests will have a great time.

Swimming and snorkeling is another great highlight at the beach, watching the coral fish and maybe even catch one for dinner. Live lobsters (when in season) or fish can be purchased directly at the villa when the local fishermen return form spearfishing with the days’ catch.
Jet ski rental, parasailing, snorkeling tours, and diving are located 1 minute walk from the Villa.

Garden and Pool:
2nd to none is the landscape with over 7000 plants and palms within the property. The tropical landscape surrounds the Private pool with attached whirlpool ( NOT Hot Tub) and Waterfalls. ( in winter timewaterfalls are turned of to conserve water temperature in Pool) Outside decks with over 6000 sq foot are furnished with seating as well as tables for the special outdoor occasion. BBQ is provided for grilling the fresh catch of the day. The pool has its own lounge chairs and tables for you to relax.
