About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom villa is located in a gated community and situated on a beachfront resort. Just a short walk the rough the resort to the perfect beachfront.

Three double beds, a children's only play room, washing machine and full size kitchen, with oven, cooker, toaster and coffee maker

Outdoor BBQ for those garden evenings.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B9 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Water is charged per 6,000 litre water truck at B1000. One water truck usually lasts approximately one week.

A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.

Just a short walk through the resort to the beach front, is the very beautiful beach, which is great for little children as the water is usually very calm and shallow.

At the beachfront there is a large infinity pool just next to the beach, and also a few restaurants and a massage Sala on the beach.
