The Space:

Our spacious house in Maribyrnong can accommodate up to 13 people with its 4 well-appointed rooms and 1 dual-use room, including 3 queen-sized beds, 1 bunk bed that can fit 3 people, and 2 double beds in fold-out sofa beds.



Step into luxury as you enter our elegantly designed house, featuring 4 bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with walk-in closet and private ensuite. There is another large bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and separate toilet upstairs, so you'll never have to wait in line. Downstairs, you'll find a dual-use entertainment room or fifth bedroom with 2 fold-out sofa beds and an additional bathroom.



Cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with all the appliances and utensils you'll need for a home-cooked meal. With modern conveniences like a washing machine and dishwasher, you can live like royalty without the hassle.



The spacious living room is an ideal place for family entertainment with its black leather sofa, 65-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. For those looking for some quiet time, we also have a reading room with books, decorations and a Yoga corner, where you can practice yoga in peace and take in the views from the balcony. Last but not least, with free high-speed WiFi available, you can stay connected with friends and family back home.

Great place to stay

Booked the place with some friends and the place was great. Plenty of rooms and space for both small and large groups, and location was solid with good access to transport and nearby stores.

The accomodation was booked for a large tour group who had been performing and touring together for 3 weeks. The property gave them enough room to have privacy and to decompress after an extremely busy schedule

The place is very suited to our needs with 4br and open space and mostly it was quite acceptable. The things that let it down were heat pumps that did not work and were not clean , the bathrooms were tired and showers had mould stains and the grounds need maintenance. That said we enjoyed our stay as the location was excellent for us

Great Flemington Location

Rosies Place is in a great location. Walking distance to small shopping centre with Coffee Shop, Restaurants & ALDI supermarket. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the property. Maintenance is a must, missing door handle in main toilet, tiles loose in all bathrooms and general cleanliness

Working Getaway to Melbourne

Property nicely located as we were working at the Melbourne Royal Show . Working long hours . Quiet location. Comfortable as we only really slept their. Clean. Clean linen supplied. Car parking in drive and on street. Close to shops and tram service. Property needs some general maintenance. TV and Spa we could not get to work.
