Description
Welcome to Harborside, a stunning canal-front retreat in Holmes Beach where luxury meets laid-back island living. Just two blocks from the sugar-white beaches of Anna Maria Island, this spacious waterfront home offers the best of both worlds—easy beach access and your own private backyard oasis.

Designed for larger families and groups, Harborside features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to ten guests. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering after a day in the sun, while the updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare family meals.

Step outside to enjoy the private heated pool, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, screened porch, and canal-front deck. Spend your mornings sipping coffee while watching manatees glide by, cast a fishing line from the private 16-foot dock, or launch a kayak for a peaceful paddle through the canals.

The first-floor primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include another king suite, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom with trundle, and a spacious bunk room that's perfect for kids. A Pack 'n Play and highchair are also provided for your youngest travelers.

Boat Information: The private dock is ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and select small boats. If you plan to bring a boat, please contact Florida Dreams Realty before booking so we can confirm whether your boat can be accommodated.

• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Parking – Maximum of 5 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second stay at Harborside for some of us. The house has a great layout, is clean and well stocked. Having the canal/bay out our back door and the beach a two block walk out the front door is the best. Called maintenance for one small issue and it was resolved quickly. Our only suggestion is the house needs some safety measures added. The pool needs a handrail and the steps into pool need to be marked. Also tubs/showers need grab bars.

GREAT LOCATION

This house was in a great location! We could walk everywehre and the trolly station was right outside the door. The only downside is that the dishwasher was broken all week and we had to wash by hand with only 2 wash clothes and 2 dishtowels. And when you had 10 people staying there there was a lot of dishes to wash.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Location to the beach was perfect easy walk but would recommend getting a golf cart if you have young kids or elderly adults. For those who bring a boat it does get shallow at the doc. We have a 25' bay bottom boat and at low tide it was questionable of getting off the lift. Overall we loved the Island and the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at Harborside. The location is convenient to all areas of the island. We walked to the beach daily. We had plenty of room to gather while still being able to have some alone time if needed. We hung out at the pool and my oldest grandsons love fishing off the dock. They never caught any fish but enjoyed seeing manatee hanging in the inlet. The home was clean when we arrived. We hope to be back in 2026 or 2027.

Large rooms and open spaces. Comfortable beds. The outdoor areas including pool were perfect. Plenty of beach supplies provided and the location was close to beach, trolley stop (outside our front door), grocery, Catholic Church, restaurants. No complaints here!

Family Vacation 2024

We took our family for a week to AMI and stayed at Harborside. The house was perfect form my family of 6 adults, 1 9yr old,1 3yr old and 2 babies. Plenty of room and space for everyone. The house was perfect and was equipped with everything we needed. I only have a couple of negative things to share. We checked in at 4:30 and within 20 mins my 9 month old was in her walker and her little feet were black on the bottom which told me the floor had not been mopped. 2 days into our stay the dishwasher went out. Called rental company they sent a maintenance guy out. He checked it out and said it was the dishwasher so the appliance company came the next day to say it needed to be replaced. They stated they would let Florida Dream Realty know. We never heard a word back so the dishwasher DOES NOT work!! I was on vacation and the last thing I wanted to do was wash dishes pretty much the entire time I was there. FDR supposedly has someone to come check the cleanliness of the house BEFORE you check in but whoever checked it missed the floor. It was so nasty and surely needs to be clean before the next family checks in. Also the checkout instructions say to remove all bed linens but not comforters which is also nasty to think they are not washed before the next family checks in. ALL bedding needs to be washed each time it’s rented. With all being said, we did like the place but it needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a wonderful location. Fully stocked kitchen and house is set up for a larger group. The only issue we had was we requested an early check in and was told they would email when the house manager went by to check if house was ready and clean. We checked in about a hr early but the house manager stopped back by to drop off an information notebook on the property and said the house was ready since noon instead of 3 that was disappointing. A few other issues blood on the upstairs linens, couch pillow had some dry blood on it to, and kitchen bathroom smelled of urine after my mother in law mopped it the smell went away.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and watching the manatee play in the harbor each day and then a quick walk the other direction brought us the sandy beach where we spend the afternoon and evening. The house was well stocked and open for our large group. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach and we all enjoyed resting on the dock. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to add to our yearly beach vacation memories.

Outdoor setup was awesome and screen room was perfect place for morning coffee. House was clean and although bathrooms were older they had a charming beach feel. Manatees were out off the dock the entire week. They would get really close and play. They were so fun to watch and we passed hours out there watching them. They were truly the highlight of the week. Couple more t negatives if you call them that. Upstairs shower was really slippery so we bought a bath mat for the shower because we had someone fall. Also one of the outdoor lounges had a broken wheel. Both very simple fixes. I would definitely stay here again!
