If you have been searching for the perfect family vacation spot, you have found it at Splash! This spacious condo is located on the 21st floor of the west tower. The condo has been newly updated March 2023 with new sofa sleeper, dining chairs, and beachy decor. The unit is clean and ready to host your family! *New King and Queen mattresses February 2024!!**

The living area features a sleeper sofa, 50-inch TV, and DVD player for your enjoyment. The dining area features a table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware for 6.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and 42-inch TV. The master bath houses a tub/shower combination with large tub perfect for soaking. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and 32-inch TV. The second bath houses a combination tub/shower. The balcony has a table and 2 chaise lounges.

Splash offers the most amenities on the gulf coast. Kids of all ages will love the water theme park environments including a beachfront lazy river, multiple pools (indoor/outdoor), a li'l tot splash pad, children's interactive play pools with water slides, water cannons, disappearing walls, dive-in movie theater, and many interactive water toys. Your kids will have to see it to believe it. There is even an arcade with its own mini bowling alley!

Mom and dad will love splash too and not just because the kids are having a ball. There is an adult-only swimming pool and jacuzzi with a bird's-eye view of the kids' play area, a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside bar & grill, high-speed internet access in the common area and on-site beach apparel and surf shop. Not to mention a fantastic front beach road location with easy access to Pier Park shopping, movies, and restaurants (approx. 2 miles away) and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Carillon and Scenic Hwy. 30-A's Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach (approx. 7 miles away).

Splash Resort charges $30 per vehicle for parking and wristbands. You will pay this directly to the resort at arrival.

We loved this property! This is our 3rd time staying at a splash condo! This room was very spacious! The only down side to this room was the tv was tricky to work. And would randomly stop working. Other than that it was perfect! Would 10/10 stay again.
We let the kids sleep on the couch sofa! They loved getting to fold it out every night

Great condo

Very nice condo with amazing views. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Everything was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay in the condo again. The resort is very nice with great amenities.

Gorgeous View

21st floor view was amazing! Being on the top floor, the balcony ceilings are taller allowing more sunlight/open feel to balcony. Loved the variety of things to do at the resort and also the short distance to the ocean from the stairs. Condo is located right off the elevator….it never took longer than 5 min to wait for elevator coming up or going down (overheard others stating they waited lengths of time for elevators but we think being at the very top was in our favor here) Would definitely stay in this condo again :)

I loved this property. It was perfect if you have kids. The pools and splash pad were under a cover so you could get out of the sun. And it was right on the beach. It did storm during our stay and they closed the pool and splash pad due to lightning but opened it again after the storm had passed. They had 2 places to get food and drinks so you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The condo was clean and just the right size for us. The only downfall was how loud people were when getting on or off the elevator late at night since we were straight across from it. Overall we loved it and plan to come again!

Awesome place but...

Overall my experience here is great! Like the others who experience at the splash resort, the elevator is a problem here. Only 2 available elevators and it will take forever to get up or down when busy. The room itself was great. Very clean and view was awesome since we was so high up! The issue we had was the master bathroom tub have clog problems. The water would take a long time to drain. Also the check in process can be confusing here because there is no 24 hrs reception here. The booking said check in is at 4pm and no earlier than but the reception desk closed at 4pm so you will not be able to get the wristband and parking pass for the resort until the following day. Their hrs are from 7:30am to 4pm.

Overall experience

Room was clean, extremely well stocked, clean, appliances were excellent. Beds were comfortable. View great. Loved the outdoor seating. However, on arrival the ceramic floor was wet and our toddler fell as we entered the room hitting the back of her head. Also around splash pad kids as well as ours constantly falling due to slick concrete. As well as no shade at splash pad. I would think the splash pad that had the youngest kiddos would have shade. And we rented chairs at the beach, chairs were great but so many tents and personal umbrellas set up in front of us we could not see the ocean. Had rented for the full stay so otherwise would not have rented chairs. Elevators were extremely a negative. . . My negative was the splash, but the room other than the damp floor, itself was great. We enjoyed it very much.
